Four Views Oasis

"Had a wonderful first holiday in Madeira at the Views Oasis. Stayed half board so we could make the most of our 4 full days on the island. Room - clean, spacious and well equipped. Food - excellent - every meal with a very wide range of delicious options. The staff - helpful and efficient. Hotel facilities - all we needed - very good and well maintained. "

"This is my favourite hotel on Madeira. I have stayed at the hotel 30 times and can't wait to go back next year. The hotel is spotless; the staff, many of whom have been at the hotel for as long as I have been going are friendly, efficient and helpful. I particularly commend Ivone for all she does to make my visit possible and enjoyable. I also commend all of the reception, catering and cleaning staff. Most of the rooms overlook the sea and the promenade. They are large and well equipped, with balconies. As a disabled person with limited mobility I am pleased that I can mainly access all the facilities. I also enjoy using my buggy along the promenade in front of the hotel (where there is also a good fish restaurant for food and drink). The indoor pool and gym are very useful for me. I always enjoy the buffet breakfasts - particularly the fresh bread and fruit. I use the very good shuttle into Funchal and am grateful to the driver Philip, for the help he gives me. This isn't a smart and snazzy 5* hotel but it suits my needs completely, enabling me to have a great and relaxing holiday. I recommend this hotel without hesitation."

"Hotel is right on the seafront, surrounded by hills in a very quiet area. The hotel was full according to reception but hardly anyone round the pool most days, there were always plenty of sun beds. The cocktail bar was fairly empty at night too which made it difficult for the entertainment to create an atmosphere. Best night was the traditional Madeira night with the folk singing and dancing. The hotel was very clean and you could choose how often you got your room cleaned. We had a late flight home and as the hotel was full we had to use the spa changing rooms to shower and change. This was the only area which could have been better as everything was soaking wet. We were all inclusive. Breakfast and dinner in the buffet, lunch in the pool bar where we could choose anything from the food menu. Food was fine, always something that we could eat. Pool bar food was very good. Staff were good but I have to mention Anabel, Nina and Decio Mano who all went above and beyond and looked after us very well."
