Casual Belle Epoque Lisboa

"We loved our stay. As a family of 8 (grandparents to young kids) it ticked all the boxes. The location is perfect, close many main attractions and restaurants. Spacious rooms, comfy beds/pillows, great shower, good breakfast selection (coffee not great but we had a coffee machine in our room). Reception staff were brilliant and very helpful. We all loved our stay, thank you!"

"Beautiful little hotel, with majestic chandeliers and staircases, stone arches, just off the beaten tourist track, but close to everything. Very comfy beds, pillows, great showers, towels, soaps and lotions, a/c that you can control. Tiny balcony with windows you can open. It's on a noisy street but we heard nothing with windows closed. Very nice staff, especially the gentleman who worked at night (dark-haired) very kind, very helpful. The one downside was the coffee's breakfast was very weak, but rest of breakfast was good- at an extra charge. Also USB port for charging on only one side of bed, paper cups instead of glass, and...as the little girl who once had to regularly clean our one chandelier- all the chandeliers in the hotel were very dusty, like maybe haven't been cleaned in 6 months to a year. That's a big one when there's so many of them, and on the 3rd floor you are eye to eye with a huge one. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay, it's just a t a tiny hint to management."
