"What a delightful little place. Booked at the last minute and for the price we paid you could not ask for better. The location is right where you want to be and the rooms are perfectly sized for a couple.. Complimentary water, coffee and snacks are a nice touch as well as 'Happy Hour style drinks' in the evening. Would highly recommend and definitely return"

"Absolutely brilliant location, right in the heart of the canals with supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and shops on your doorstep. We had a Superior Room which was great for 2 adults and 2 teenagers, quite spacious, although the bathroom is tiny, but that didn't matter. We had mice in the room though which was very disturbing - they would come out during the night and we could see them in the room. The male staff member didn't even acknowledge the issue, although the other staff were great. One staff member came into our room at 3am after we went and complained about the mice again, they had no spare rooms to move us to, so they set some deterants. It was terrible for our last night before embarking on our 24 hour flights home! We were told we would be compensated, but haven't seen or heard anything since we left."

"We're so glad to have chosen this hotel for our stay in Amsterdam. The staff were so helpful even before our arrival. The rooms are spacious and bright. We didn't have a room facing the canal but we had a huge terrace where we could enjoy our morning coffee and afternoon drinks. It's also in a nice quiet district and very central to all the sights. Stay here, you'll love it!"
