"Amazing hotel, clean, organized and has all basic necessities. Large bath tub as well. Very calm and good night’s sleep away from all the loud cafe’s but still very much in the centre of the city. Friendly and helpful staff."

"We loved our stay here. The canal view penthouse was clean( the couches were a bit dirty but it did not bother us at all), it was very spacious, and comfortable for our family. There was even a washing machine to use. Our children loved having the top floor bedrooms. We did carry our luggage up and down to the very top and back down on the narrow stairs, for us it was absolutely worth it. It was in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by many shops and restaurants. We were able to walk to everything. Highly recommend staying here."

"The location was exceptional! We couldn’t have asked for a more central place to find gorgeous canals, streets for wandering and shopping, great restaurants and cafe’s. The hotel itself is quiet and comfortable. There is a very nice coffee machine in the lobby offering espressos, lattes and basic coffee, in addition to tea and water. The room was spacious and clean - but even with booking a junior suite, there was no counter or storage space in the bathroom. We were able to bring one of the small bedside tables into the bathroom which was helpful. The hotel listing states that housekeeping is offered daily, but we stayed 3 nights and no one ever came to our room. The staff was helpful upon check in but really never spoke or offered any interactions with us afterwards. As mentioned in other reviews, the stairs are very steep."
