"Our family of four stayed in the Annex Building at the Rosa Salva Hotel and had a wonderful experience. We were graciously welcomed to the property by the check-in clerk and then escorted to the Annex Building by Sahin, who was super friendly and helpful. He accompanied us to the room and ported our luggage upstairs, then took time to explain all the features of the room, including lighting, appliances, snacks and drinks, and additional information. Sahin was amazing and did an excellent job making us feel at home and ready for our stay.
The location was also amazing - easy walk to San Marco Square and close to everything. We were excited to be in the heart of the action, but our room was also very quiet and private with plenty of space for the four of us. It also felt very safe and secure, with key access from the street to a private foyer / entry.
We did not use the main building lobby or sitting room but did step in briefly - it was well-appointed and felt quaint and cozy. We also enjoyed the Rosa Salva patisserie and were impressed at the quality of treats there for such a good price.
