"Booked for three nights at the price of 75 euros per person per night with breakfast, we reported having a small dog given the indication of a supplement. We received no response and upon arrival the surprise: a 3.8 kg dog pays 70 euros per night, so for three nights 210 euros, practically the same as a person. Absolutely unfair not to provide information before the conclusion of the contract but to discover it on the spot. Furthermore, we booked a superior garden view room and we find ourselves at the pool with other bathers as soon as the room window is opened. Check-out staff in automatic machine mode requesting tourist tax, devoid of any kindness."

"The worst nightmare ever! We booked this hotel because the facility where we stay every year was fully booked. The rooms were dirty and full of insects. They did not sweep or clean and the answer was always the same: "We only have one cleaning lady, so, if you don't like it, clean them yourselves." They have very strict meal times: after 8:00 PM it is not possible to eat even a toast at the bar. If you try to make them understand that it is unthinkable not to be able to eat inside a hotel, they reply that you can go to the restaurant and not to stress them out. We asked for an iron, which initially was not provided to us because, according to them, it was not present in the hotel. Later we discovered that it had been given to another room. Furthermore, on a sheet visible to everyone (I am attaching a photo), it was written that the customer was a "pain in the a...". In the end, exasperated, we left without receiving any refund, losing over €1,500 for the three unused nights. We were forced to change hotels. Do not even think about staying here: they are not capable of providing real hospitality and, considering the services offered, the price is hostel-level. PS: the manager made us speak with a certain "Caterina" who even took the liberty of insulting us because they are the best and we cannot complain."

"Terrible value for money: service and details absolutely not up to expectations. We were at this property for only one day and the experience was decidedly disappointing, especially considering the type of hotel and the high price paid for the room. The service at the reception was scandalous to say the least. We wasted a lot of useful time for check-in due to disorganized management. I also find it inadmissible that in 2026 credit card details are still written by hand on paper, a procedure that in no way guarantees the security of the use of the customer's card data. Besides this, the receptionist proved to be totally unprepared: she was not able to provide us with any information about the hotel's internal shuttle or the beach services. It almost seemed like she didn't work there. Not having stayed long, we did not try the restaurant, but breakfast was another sore point: decidedly cheap and commercial products, not tolerable for the rate requested. Even the care of the room left much to be desired: the general state of maintenance was not adequate for the standards that the hotel claims to have. The complimentary toiletries were reduced to the essentials and basic details like bathrobes and slippers were missing; elements costing a few euros that one expects to find included in a room paid for handsomely. Property definitely not recommended if you are looking for service that matches the cost."
