NH Collection Roma Palazzo Cinquecento

"First off I want to say that the staff at this hotel were amazing, especially the bartenders. We didn’t spend too much time at the hotel since we were busy sightseeing but Samanda and Elvis made our night every time we can back at night. I cannot say enough good things about them. The Hotel is centrally located in Rome and is literally right next to the Roma Termini train station which was awesome if you don’t want to grab a taxi from the airport. All the main attraction were not that far away and walking distance which was great. The food was amazing but the tiramisu was the best I’ve ever had. The hotel itself was very nice and clean. We were also here during Halloween which the staff had Halloween accessories which were pretty cool to see. Also, the hotel left candies in the room which also really nice touch. Would highly recommend to stay here to anyone! They are also part of the Amex platinum hotels which add extra benefits for cardmembers."

"So the place is right when you exit the train station. If you want to be cheap about transposition you can be, but It’s just 55 euros for a cab. The food here is awesome. Not the best in Rome but the tiramisu is the best. It’s deconstructed and has a crunch which I’m a texture person so for me 5⭐️honestly better than the traditional. I did eat a whole meal the first night I got here and it was all good but desert was the best. The bar staff is amazeballs. You know how staff makes your visit better?! Samanda and Elvis….love them! Definitely spent more time (and money) than expected because I felt at home. (Awwwww) I give this place a solid two thumbs up. Especially if you book with your platinum Amex. Room upgrade was was awesome too! And I came on Halloween and they were all in theme which is just a nice little touch and got a little bag of candy in my room. Happiness all around."

"The staff at the desk, the bar, and the doors are so welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed the selection at breakfast & evening drinks with nibbles. The room was spacious and modern, and the bed was comfy. We always had a good night's sleep as it was quiet enough. It is conveniently situated for public transport, and we took advantage of the Hop on Hop off bus, which has a stop right outside the back of the hotel. There is a beautiful basillica behind the hotel with the stunning statue that can be seen from afar. I would definitely recommend this hotel"
