"Absolutely terrible! The 'seaside view' is a view of a rubbish dump! When I queried, the staff member was very rude! No customer care! She tried saying that it means a side view of the sea, well it was more of a tiny glimpse in the distance, if you had very good long distance sight! But actually, it was a view of a derelict building and rubbish. The climate control was broken and the room was freezing. We kept calling to reception, whilst sat in our coats and they kept saying they will adjust it. Eventually someone came to the room and turned it on at the fuse box because it had been turned off (because it's faulty) they clearly know it's an issue. They then put it on full and left it on full, so the room was so hot, we couldn't sleep! The security made us walk in the road to get to the hotel because the pedestrian path is 'private'. The food and drinks are ridiculously expensive and there's nothing nearby! The parking is €20 per day!! I emailed the hotel to raise my issues and they ignored me! Altogether my advice is to avoid it!"

"Stayed here 17/09 - 18/09 2025 A perfect overnight hotel for 1 - 3 nights. The hotel is located about 7 km from the center of Naples. The deposit of 100Euro/night is very high and reduces the value for money very much. Clean and fresh hotel with one side facing the water. Pros: Quick check-in/check-out. The customer in the center. Helped Quiet environment in the lobby area. Pool. Clean and fresh. Good breakfast. 7 bed. (see below*). Cons: High deposit 100Eur/night. Credit card only. Bird problem if you sit outside and eat. Railway traffic in the rooms that have a view of the water. 7 km from the center of Naples (about 20 minutes by car). 3 Value for money (see below**). *(Sinks through 0 - Average 5 - lies on top of the mattress 10) **(Throws money down the drain 0 - Break Even 5 - Highest profit 10)."

"Hotel rooms are large, clean and tidy. Hotel does feel luxurious. Good little hotel gym. No heavy weights or anything, but acceptable for a hotel gym. Staff generally helpful. However, a few members of staff providing the breakfast service are incompetent - we had to ask for coffee 4 times on one occasion. Hotel location is great if you are looking to travel to Pompeii and Herculaneum. Hotel seems to rent out the pool space for private use and will not let the guests use the pool area during this time. Without any warning guests are asked to leave the pool area. This is wildly unacceptable if guests have booked the hotel and expect to be able to use the pool. The mini bar is well stocked. However, for a luxury hotel, we would have appreciated complimentary bottles of water."
