"Reviews about our stay Overall good stay, but far from expectations for a 4 star hotel, especially considering the price. Welcoming is polite but perfectible, the “Luxury” room is very small and some services are sorely lacking in transparency. Here's our detailed feedback: Pros: Pleasant jacuzzi tub (although no indication is provided, its use remains simple once the button is found) Functional air conditioning Possibility to park the car in front of the room (convenient, unless you have an extra bed for children placed in front of the access door, which complicates entry/exit) Cons: Slow check-in, with request for three pieces of identification including that of the minor child. (Adults we understand but this is the first time we have been asked for our child's.) Room “Luxury” very small, look nothing like the photos, bed area without charm (vieillo) and requiring refreshment (washbasin with cracked paint, smell of laundry too strong, bedding too firm, bidet) and a simple curtain closes the bathroom space of the room. Lack of information in the welcome documents: no Wi-Fi code indicated, no price for the mini-bar. Mini-bar limited to four bottles of water (two flat, two sparkling) and flat water (€2 per bottle). Invoicing for bottled water at check-out despite the total absence of pricing information in the room; staff reply: “you had to call the reception”???? In addition we understand that the mini bar should have contained more drinks (soft and alcoholic). Paid parking (€ 10 per night) advertised only on arrival indicated as FREE on Google and not indicated on the booking sites or by email when I made my direct request when booking on the site. Breakfast acceptable but little provided for a 4 star hotel. “Garden” view overlooking the parking space and a small body of water surrounded by greenery, with the other bedrooms in the background. (I don't call it a garden) Hotel located in an industrial area: noise of trucks unloading glass in the morning, do not sleep the window open! Assessment: For 180 € a night with breakfast included, plus 10 € for parking and 4 € 2 bottle of water, the service is not up to standard and felt like we were stolen. Between the lack of information, the cramped room and the surrounding noise, we will not return."
