Hilton Garden Inn Milan North

"I stayed at this hotel for one night for work. The area is not the best, even if the nearest metro station is 100 meters away. It still takes about twenty minutes by metro to get to the Duomo. The rooms are large, clean, and modern, but they lack some amenities like a complimentary bottle of water. There is a minibar, but it is empty. Spacious bathroom, but I would have preferred a shower to the usual bathtub. Breakfast was standard, but not excellent. Overall, a good hotel, but there are better and much more central ones in Milan."

"During the CHECK24 booking process, I specifically selected a double bed. At the hotel, however, I received two single beds. The hotel informed me that the booked Junior Accessible Suite is not available with a double bed. I paid significantly more for this room type, it was one of the most expensive options, because I expected the selected room and bed configuration. The hotel states that this is a booking issue with CHECK24 because the complete room information was apparently not transmitted correctly. Interestingly, while the selected bed configuration was not transmitted correctly, the higher price for the more expensive reservation was charged without any problem."

"Lovely food in the restaurant. Also staff, especially Anthony and Marcello are super helpful and super friendly. Highly recommend!"
