Britannia Excelsior

"The hotel is great with a splendid view of Lake Como. Our corner apartment 526 had a king corner view of Bellagio, Verena, and the Alps. Everything wonderful. The spa on the 3rd floor is excellent with a heated pool with hydromassage jets up to an inox bed, dry and steam saunas, relaxation room. The entire hotel team is very attentive, I congratulate everyone in Reccardo, the A&B Manager, and Érika, the hotel's public relations. The breakfast is delicious and very complete, served à la carte. The room service is also great. The hotel's most sophisticated restaurant needs some adjustments that I have already passed on to the team, I'm sure it will improve. Another observation is about the wine list prices which are much above the market, including competing hotels in the region, including Bellagio. I suggest a price reassessment because because of this small detail, you could lose customers. The pool bar is very pleasant. The pool is floating like a prime view. We will definitely return!!!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful five-day stay at the Lake Como EDITION, and it was a truly memorable experience from beginning to end. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and set in such a stunning location on Lake Como. What made our stay especially enjoyable was the exceptional service from the entire team. Everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive throughout our five days. A special thank you to Ms. Mary at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Her kindness, patience, and personal attention made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. After spending five days here, we can honestly say the service was one of the highlights of our stay. The team created a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made our time at Lake Como even more special. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return to the Lake Como EDITION. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful hotel with outstanding service and a memorable Lake Como experience."
