The main restaurant, Melathron, offers a nightly celebration of flavours - themed evenings, seasonal produce, and a presentation style that feels more curated than catered. With gluten allergies, I often feel like an afterthought but not here. The kitchen crafted me fresh, homemade gluten free pancakes every morning. It’s these kinds of personal touches that elevate a stay from “lovely” to unforgettable. The fish restaurant on the beach is a must - dining just steps from the sea, with exquisite seafood and impeccable service, was one of our stay’s highlights. ▪️The Best Travel Hack for Mums: Luxury Laundry Now for a tip I share with every travelling parent I know: use the laundry service. I am notoriously particular when it comes to laundry, and this is the only hotel in the world where I trust the service completely. Garments return perfectly folded, fresh and cared for - even the baby clothes. It’s one of the most underrated luxuries and allows you to return home with a suitcase full of clean, crisp clothes. Pure bliss. ▪️Service That’s Subtle, Sincere, and World-Class The service at Eagles Palace is among the finest I’ve experienced. Every team member - from the beach attendants to the concierge - made us feel like treasured guests. "We spent two weeks at the Eagles Palace during August this summer, we're used to 5 stars hotels but this one is another level of everything. The kindness of people is mindblowing, the service always on top, we even asked for lunch to be delivered to our villa for our nearly one year old and they were happy to do it. All the staff is absolutely amazing, important to also note that the food is impressive for an hotel of this size. Shout out to everyone there, you made our holiday an unforgettable moment and our 5 year old keeps talking about you on a daily basis. We dropped the kids at the Scott Dunn kids club every day and they were such amazing people too. Ideally a villa is the best format. Thank you everyone, we will be back and we're sending some friends next summer too. Vasilis, the boss, the man who never sleeps... you can be proud of what you've achieved..."
