"My wife, Sohayla, and I recently stayed at Citadines Tour Eiffel Paris during our trip to Paris, and we would like to express our sincere appreciation for the wonderful hospitality we received. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The front desk team made us feel at home, and the staff serving breakfast each morning were equally kind, attentive, and welcoming. We would especially like to recognize the Manager, Ms. Oxana, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We were celebrating our 42nd wedding anniversary during this trip, and Ms. Oxana surprised us with a lovely gift of chocolates along with a beautiful handwritten note congratulating us on our anniversary. It was such a thoughtful and personal gesture, and it truly touched both of us. After 42 years of marriage, being able to celebrate together in beautiful Paris was already very special, but the kindness shown to us by Ms. Oxana and her team made the experience even more memorable. Excellent hospitality is not only about a comfortable room or a good location—it is about the people who make you feel welcome and cared for. Ms. Oxana and the entire team certainly did that for us. "I stayed at this hotel in Paris from 09/18/2026 to 09/22/2026. The place is very bad. Bad smell right at the entrance, the breakfast is below average, really bad, and THE WORST OF ALL: A subway passes by the 2nd-floor window and shakes the whole building every 10 minutes, making it impossible to rest or sleep!!!!!! Please, don't make the same mistake we did, run from this place. Don't say that the location is a complete disaster; the location is good, but it's very little in face of all the inconveniences. Ah, the building has 2 elevators, but 1 has been broken for a long time, so it's a 10-minute walk up or down and many people opt for the stairs. Crazy, the worst hotel I've ever stayed in my life. And the person who recommended this hotel was an employee of CVC, on top of that, look, pathetic!!!!!!! And I even paid in advance for breakfast, which is horribly bad!"

"This is a NO serviced apartment hotel; No cleaning and no towel changing during your stay. It is located right next to an elevated subway. The building shakes like earthquake with loud noises every 15 min from early morning until late night Sleeping is impossible. Except the reception area, all the guest sraying area: room, hallway and stairs are extremly dirty. Every corners of the rooms, bathroom, kitchenette have yellow disgusting grimes."
