"We stayed at this hotel early September for 11 nights and it was the best holiday! This is our second time at this hotel and we will be back again! Gets better every time! 4 adults and a 4 year old. Check in was very welcoming and efficient, we were assigned eating times an we asked to swap one of them and that was no problem at all. Also the welcome drink was very refreshing, even got a juice for my little one. The hotel is clean and tidy and staff are very friendly especially with my little one getting her to come out of herself. We seen the Greatest show one evening and that was amazing! I would highly recommend it. We were all inclusive - we did eat out a few times but over 10 days we did have plenty of meals in the hotel. Food was beautiful and fresh, lots of verity. The drinks on the all inclusive are also great! Something for everyone. Opening the bar by the reception so more seats can see the acts is a great improvement. The outside bar opened while we were there and its a lovely addition to the hotel! Point for improvement - Evening service - I'm unsure why but we didn't get offered drinks in the evening. Not sure if it was because we were all inclusive but others who were all inclusive were being served ... just seemed odd - Charged for water - We didn't have an issue with being all inclusive but i can see how its annoying to get charged with meals when its free on all floors in the hotel and even the gym - Mini disco - The hotel is great for kids so the mini disco only being on for a short amount of time and the same each evening was disappointing. Would just be nice for some verity - Day time snacks - the all inclusive snack bar was good and different stuff but would be nice for toasties by the pool. Nothing better than sandwiches and chips - more picky bits"

"Just got back from two weeks in this hotel, brilliant holiday, great hotel and staff excellent, from check in, special mention for Melania who looked after us throughout our stay, rooms were clean and comfortable, wide choice of food in the restaurant and great location, will definitely be going back."

"Have stayed at this hotel several times and some parts of the stay, are either at the same level or better, but others are not as good. The location is good for access to local bars and restaurants and quite close to the beach. The rooms are good for a holiday destination, plenty of wardrobe space, but lacking drawer space. They are cleaned every day and the hotel itself is tidy. The restaurant has a very good choice, in the form of hot and cold buffet and caters for vegetarian and vegan. but not sure to what extent, as I an neither. The one problem in the restaurant area is children running about, when people are carrying hot food about. There was even one occasion when a child speedily rode a scooter through the full length of the restaurant. I know this should be the responsibility of the parents, but should be taken up by management if the parent don't, as the are always plenty of managers about. In this world of health and safety, this should be a priority. Overall the holiday was very good as the pool areas are good and there were plenty of sunbeds."
