"A very special hotel - we couldn’t recommend Hotel Daina highly enough!
We honestly can’t thank the team at Hotel Daina enough for making our mini-moon so incredibly special.
We first visited Hotel Daina three years ago, when we got engaged there, so returning this year as newlyweds was always going to be particularly meaningful for us. What made it even more special was that several members of the team who were there when we got engaged actually remembered us three years later. They welcomed us back so warmly and looked after us brilliantly throughout our entire stay. It genuinely felt like coming back to somewhere familiar rather than simply checking into a hotel.
From the moment we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. The team went above and beyond to make our mini-moon memorable, including very kindly upgrading us to the incredible penthouse with its own hot tub and sea views, as well as surprising us with a complimentary bottle of champagne. It was such a lovely and unexpected gesture, and meant so much to us.
Every member of staff we came across was friendly, welcoming and genuinely interested in making sure we were having a great time. The service throughout our stay was fantastic, and it was obvious that the team really cared about making our experience special.
The hotel itself is in such a beautiful location, but for us, it’s the people who make Hotel Daina stand out. Being remembered three years after our engagement and then being looked after so wonderfully as newlyweds is something we’ll never forget.
We came to Hotel Daina for our mini-moon and left with even more wonderful memories of a place that already meant a lot to us.
A huge thank you to the entire team for everything you did for us. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and we’re already looking forward to the next time we can come back.
