"Please be aware thieves might operate at this hotel. It is either outsiders coming in via the building site behind the apartments they can climb over a very small wall to gain access to the corridor that has the apartment doors and bedroom windows on or via corrupt staff. We did suspect the maid but had no evidence. We had 2 apartments both had things gone through. One had perfumes stolen and all items of belongings moved around room. The safe had clearly been opened they didn’t contain anything. But someone was looking. Windows in some of these apartments are faulty so anyone can open these on the corridor and enter your bedroom! Hand prints were on all the outside windows in our corridor so people are obviously going along trying the windows. We were unlucky as both in both our apartments were faulty. When reporting these issues to the reception staff, their attitude was disgusting. They said it happens and were very unhelpful. We insisted on being moved to an apartment without a broken window so we felt safe. We were offered another apartment which when we checked it also had a faulty window, so that’s three out of 3 apartments with faulty windows. We eventually ended up in a room up the stairs by the reception the room which was dirty. The air-conditioning was mouldy. The bathroom was dirty with hairs on the flooring & in the sink clearly hadn't been cleaned and were forced to sleep in here that night whilst waiting for TUI to try and relocate us to another hotel, we didn’t feel safe here but that didn’t happen. We remained in this apartment for the duration of our stay and we were very unhappy with that as the 3 occupants of two apartments ended up squashing into one which spoilt the rest of the holiday as one had to sleep on the sofa bed that wasn’t very comfortable instead of the larger bed that they should’ve been sleeping on in the main apartment. Belongings may not be safe at this apartment complex. If you are going to stay here I strongly encourage you to buy a safe and use it immediately and place any items of value in them straight away. Do not lock anything in a bag or case as ours were opened and moved around the room. Please ensure you check the windows in the bedroom to make sure they do not open for your own safety. Other than this the apartment complex was nice food great. Location good. But this spoilt it for us."
