Nautic Hotel

"We (myself, my daughter and my mom) had been at this Nautic Hotel already last year in summer, and had a fabulous stay. So for this Easter holiday, I had planned a reunion with my best friend from school, who also traveled with her daughter and her mom. It is always a bit tricky to recommend a hotel to friends, especially to very good friends, because you just want everything to be perfect and you want everyone to be happy. I can tell you now: it was fabulous! We arrived a bit late due to a problem with the airline, actually we arrived half a day late, and the first thing my friends said when we got there: This place is amazing!!! I was so relieved. They had been hanging out on the roof terrace the whole time, just relaxing, having drinks at the bar and enjoying the beautiful sea view. And enjoying plane spotting, which we all love! I have to say, I don’t even really know why, but this place relaxes me completely, as soon as I walk in the door. It is in such a great location, right at the promenade and the beach, but still quiet, the rooms are super clean and comfortable, the bathrooms are very nice, we had a balcony with a side sea view, the staff is always so kind and efficient, some of them even remembered us from last year, which was so nice! The breakfast and dinner buffet is fantastic, there is something for everyone, I have absolutely nothing to complain about. My mom once had a meat that was not perfect, but meat cooking is sometimes difficult, especially in larger quantities, so maybe a tiny minus point, but otherwise overall very very good. There is also sometimes a little queue in front of the automatic coffee machines at breakfast, maybe it would be wise to install a fourth one, there are three machines so far, but again, this is a minor thing. Yes, people are always very demanding, and you want very good value for money, this is definitely the case here, this hotel is great and I will come back a third time for sure. I know what I am talking about as I have been to 28 countries in my life and to many many hotels of all kinds and price levels. And if you feel like shopping, you can go to the numerous little shops and boutiques close to the hotel, or you take the bus to Palma (takes about 20 minutes or so) and there you can shop till you drop. I highly recommend Nautic Hotel to all travelers! Thank you dear Nautic Team, for (again) a wonderful time!"

"Apparently, this was a 4-star hotel when we booked it, but I beg to deliver – It was 3-star at best. The rooms were basic with a shocking view and in fact one of our group had to move because it was flooding but even then, the hotel wanted to charge for that. Breakfast was included but it wasn’t up to much either. The service at the bar in the hotel was also poor. If this is Easy Jet holiday accommodation, then would recommend avoiding."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were here for 5 nights in a sea view room - great view of the marina/sea from our balcony, room spacious with comfy beds and good sized bathroom. Air conditioning worked very well and shower was powerful. Room was regularly cleaned and was kept spotless like the rest of the hotel. All staff we encountered were professional and friendly. Breakfast was OK (bacon was bit too fatty in my opinion) but there was plenty of choice. Evening meal was exceptional with plenty of dishes to choose from and all very tasty/well cooked. The roof top terrace had plenty of loungers, was well maintained and the pool was more than adequate. Nice terrace at front of hotel to watch the world go by, best cocktails in town (we did visit quite a few bars) and across the road from the beach. The only reason for not providing 5 stars is the fact that our safe was not working on arrival and wasn't resolved until next day. But otherwise can thoroughly recommend this hotel."
