"I genuinely don’t know how this hotel has the rating it does. This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere. We came along as 2 20 year old girls hoping for a fun holiday and it was far from it.
From the moment we arrived, things went downhill. The air conditioning in our room barely worked, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. The room itself was filthy, with stains on multiple surfaces and hair left behind, making it feel like it hadn’t been cleaned properly before we checked in.
The bathroom was just as bad. The shower pressure constantly changed from hot to cold, the shower floor was heavily stained and incredibly slippery, and whenever someone in another room had a shower, it sounded as though they were coming straight through the wall. On top of that, the hotel was extremely noisy, with constant banging throughout the day and night.
Security also seemed non-existent. People could just walk into the hotel, and to make matters worse, we even got locked outside ourselves. When the maintenance man came in to ‘sort the air con’ he didn’t sort and instead forgot he shut the balcony door and locked us outside for an hour had to call reception on our mobiles to get them to let us back in!!!!!!
The food was absolutely awful. It looked completely unappetising and was consistently poor quality. The all-inclusive drinks were just as disappointing, and the pool bar served some of the worst drinks I’ve ever had. Even more ridiculous, the “all-inclusive” bar only runs until 7:30pm. After that, you’re expected to pay for your drinks, with the hotel acting like a 10% discount is some kind of generous offer.
The pool area was another let-down. The pools are far too small for the number of guests staying at the hotel, there aren’t enough sun loungers, and only one pool has any music or atmosphere. To make things even worse, you have to pay a deposit for a reusable cup just to get drinks by the pool.
The staff were rude and unhelpful throughout our stay, which only added to the frustration.
Finally, the facilities after check-out were poor. There isn’t even a proper luggage room. Instead, you’re expected to pay €4 per hour just to store your luggage in a locker.
Overall, this hotel was dirty, noisy, poorly managed, and nowhere near the standard it advertises. The “all-inclusive” package is misleading, the facilities are inadequate, and the customer service is terrible. This was a complete waste of money, and I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone."
