"I wouldn’t say this hotel is a 4-star hotel based on our experience so far. We’re currently staying here as a family of four. We paid extra for a sea/pool view room, but unfortunately there is a massive wall blocking most of the view. You really have to stand up to see it properly. So, if you’re considering paying extra for a view, keep in mind that it seems to be hit or miss depending on the room you get. The hotel is also currently experiencing quite a few issues. I’ve seen people at reception asking when their electricity will be restored, and our room temperature isn’t dropping, with no way for us to adjust it ourselves. There was also a socket completely missing from the kids’ sleeping area, leaving exposed wires. This is definitely not something I would expect from a 4-star hotel and is particularly concerning when travelling with children. The tap water is salty, and I’m not sure whether there is an option to access bottled water or a water cooler on site. There also aren’t enough sun loungers for the number of guests, and there is no air conditioning in the restaurant, which makes it quite uncomfortable at times. That said, it’s not all negative. The drinks are actually pretty decent, and although the buffet is relatively small, the food is good quality. The staff have also been very friendly and helpful. Overall, there are some positives, but there are also quite a few issues that I wouldn’t expect from a hotel advertised as 4-star."

"We atayed at the hotel for a week with my daughter, son in law and grandchildren, from night one the music was loud and going on until 11.30pm, the whole complex was manic, we complained several times because the music disturbed our sleep. While I understand some people like the noise others dont, in the end my daughter and her husband complained, my daughter asked for a legal for for the police and the supervisor advised us she didn’t have one, when my daughter insisted they got it for her, they also spoke in spanish betwen themselves and were smirking, my daughter actually speaks fluent spanish so knew what they were saying. They eventually got the manger out and he actually agreed it was a bit much so the last day was a lot calmer. On the last day my granchildren went to the kids club, I chose to sit at a distance and make sure they are safe, luckily I did, I was reading a book and when I looked up and asked where the kids club people were my grandaughter told me they had left them in their own, there was also another little girl there. We would never retuyto this hotel, this is all factual, they should be embarrassed and ashamed, anything could have happened to those children."

"If I really had to come up with just two positive things about this place, they would be: 1. The location and the views. 2. The hardworking reception staff (they’re stuck in a Catch-22 situation). Special thanks to Oscar. Where do I even begin? This hotel has every opportunity to succeed given its incredible location and stunning views. They advertise themselves as a four-star hotel, but I honestly have no idea where those four stars came from. As far as I can tell, there is no official classification confirming this rating, so I can only assume they awarded themselves those four stars. In my opinion, this hotel barely qualifies as a three-star property. Don’t get me wrong—the employees do their best. The people who own and run this place, however, should be ashamed of themselves. Every penny I spent on this hotel was wasted, and I deeply regret booking it. I only wish I had read the TripAdvisor reviews more carefully before making my reservation. The noise is relentless from morning until night. During the day you’re subjected to loud, awful music (poor-quality trance), and in the evening there’s an incredibly loud stage show that starts at 10:00 p.m. and continues until midnight. Anyone staying in a room facing the stage has no chance of getting to sleep before midnight. Nowhere on the hotel’s website is this mentioned. The typical guests seem to be the all-inclusive party crowd. Maybe that’s your thing, but it certainly wasn’t what I was looking for. If I had to describe this hotel in few words, they would be: NOISE. VOLUME. CHAOS. TACKY. The rooms are patched together and shabby. The air conditioning doesn’t work properly. Everywhere you look there are signs of neglect, deterioration, and decay. Management does their best to cover it up. We couldn’t accept the first room we were given, so we asked to be moved. Shortly afterwards, another poor family was assigned the very same room we had rejected. Seriously? That’s the standard this hotel operates at. Everything here seems to be about squeezing as much money as possible out of every guest. Then there’s the token system for drink cups. You have to pay €1 for a token, and every time you order a drink you hand over one token. If you don’t return the reusable cup, you lose your €1 deposit. What a convenient way to make your guests clean up after themselves while saving money on staff. Management claims it’s to reduce waste and help the environment. Give me a break. This has nothing to do with sustainability. It’s about owners cutting costs on maintenance and staffing while squeezing every possible euro out of their guests, relying solely on the hotel’s location to attract business. The main pool is exceptionally dirty and unhygienic. Their so-called filtration system is nothing more than a loose basket, and there is all kinds of debris and grime floating in the water. The area surrounding the pool is just as disgusting. You simply cannot walk around barefoot—not because the ground is too hot, but because it genuinely feels like you’re risking picking up a foot infection. As if everything above wasn’t enough, on our second-to-last day nobody cleaned our room. We received no fresh towels, the beds weren’t made, and we hadn’t been given any extra toilet paper since we arrived. One of the three soap dispensers had been completely empty since day three (presumably left that way by the previous guests). We even unscrewed it and left it open so housekeeping couldn’t possibly miss it. Yet even on our second-to-last day, it still hadn’t been refilled. The housekeeping staff also looked exhausted. They seemed drained, showed very little expression, and honestly didn’t look happy in their jobs, even though they were polite and greeted guests (well, most of them did). The breakfast buffet was absolutely dreadful. The food, the drinks, the atmosphere—everything. Easily the worst hotel breakfasts I’ve ever experienced. To top it all off, they blasted terrible trance music early in the morning. Seriously? A complete waste of money. Avoid this place if you value your money, your sleep, and your dignity."
