Alcudia Garden Aparthotel

"We had previously stayed at Marinda Gardens in Menorca so we picked this hotel on the Garden Brand name. Hotel is clean and modern with bright and large rooms. Rooms have very good air-conditioning and the windows seem to keep most noise out. Good swimming pools although slightly deep in the middle for playing water polo etc... Inflateables allowed which is a bonus. Restaurant decent size but the air conditioning in it left a lot to be desired. Food was of a decent standard but not up to the quality and variety of our previously mentioned stay in the other Garden hotel. (Reading reviews on that hotel this year, it seems to be a similar theme...maybe cost cutting) The robots were an excellent touch however! Cocktails were decent if not a limited selection and the beer was good (San Miguel) Disco for kids was good but very repetitive, needs a few different songs thrown in. Activities were plentiful, foam disco, water polo, Matt running to name just a few. The staff were all very helpful and friendly from bar to kitchen to animation and the cleaners etc. Great location for beach and port. The only improvements are the lack of decent air conditioning in the restaurant and lack of a mirror in the bedroom. Other than those we had a great time and would use the Garden hotel group again. Special thanks for adhering to our room requests prior to our visit and placing us perfectly even with a cheeky upgrade 😉"

"Minden pozitív hozzászólással egyet értek, a szálloda fantasztikus, pár apróságtól eltekintve (pl. éttermi bútorzat) 4 csillagos színvonal. Mi sem bizonyítja jobban, hogy mennyire elégedettek vagyunk, hogy hamarosan ötödik alkalommal is vissza térünk, ezzel már összesen több, mint 2 hónapot töltünk a szállodában. 2 kisgyerekkel utazunk minden évban, nem tudunk betelni a hellyel, a gyönyörű környezettel, a fantasztikus személyzettel, az igazán gyerkbarát, csodálatos tengerparttal, nagyon jó elhelyezkedéssel. Kiemelném, hogy kisfiam anafilaxiás allergiás, akit AI keretében teljesen biztonságban tudhatok, Carly és a személyzet különösen odafigyel ránk, minden étkezéskor velünk tart, hogy átbeszéljük, mi a biztonságos a kisfiam számára, bármikor készítenek Neki külön ételt, sőt, desszertet minden alkalommal. a repülőútra is gondol rá és a testvérére is, nagyon hálásak vagyunk Neki érte. A szálloda minden évben fejleszt, újdonságokat vezet be, ezek közül a kedvenceink a szobát nyitó karkötők (nem kell keresgetni a kulcskártyát, mindig kéznél van), a napernyő és strandcikk, homokozójáték gyűjtő pont, így nem kell vinnünk/vennünk semmi ilyen terméket, az újrahasznosítás szempontjából fantasztikus kezdeményezés, a folyosókon lévő víz automaták, a gyerekzárak a teraszajtókon. Az animációt is nagyon szeretjük, a bár dolgozóit is nagyon kedveljük. Kiemelném azt is, hogy bár mindig éjjel érkezünk, de utolsó napunk teljes és ezidő alatt ugyanúgy igénybe vehetjük az AI szolgáltatásokat. A szoba kéréseinket is eddig minden évben teljesítették a lehetőségekhez mérten, mindig az először kapott, kedvenc szobánk közelébe helyztek el eddig minket, akkor is, ha már a megadott típust nem tudtunk foglalni, külön kérésre ezt is megoldották.Egyébként a Suit-et jobban szeretjük az apartmannál, mert tágasabb és több a pakoló hely, főzni pedig úgysem főzünk. Egyszóval szívből ajánlom ezt a hotelt, ár/érték arányban kiváló. I completely agree with all the positive reviews. The hotel is fantastic and, apart from a few minor details (such as some of the restaurant furniture), it truly offers a four-star standard. Nothing proves how satisfied we are better than the fact that we will soon be returning for our fifth stay. By then, we will have spent more than two months in total at the hotel. We travel with our two young children every year, and we never seem to get enough of this place. We love the beautiful surroundings, the wonderful staff, the truly child-friendly and stunning beach, and the excellent location. I would especially like to highlight that my son has a life-threatening anaphylactic allergy. Thanks to the All Inclusive service, I can feel completely safe regarding his meals. Carly and the entire team take exceptional care of us. At every meal, they take the time to discuss which foods are safe for my son. They are always willing to prepare special meals for him and even make a special dessert every single time. They also think about our journey home and often prepare food for the flight, not only for him but also for his sibling. We are incredibly grateful for this level of care and attention. The hotel introduces improvements and new ideas every year. Some of our favorites are the wristbands that open the room doors, so there is no need to carry or search for a key card, the collection point for beach umbrellas, beach equipment, and sand toys, which means guests do not need to buy or bring these items themselves. It is a fantastic initiative from a sustainability and recycling perspective. We also appreciate the water dispensers located throughout the corridors and the child safety locks installed on the terrace doors. We are also very fond of the entertainment team and the bar staff, who always contribute to making our stay enjoyable. Another aspect worth mentioning is that although we always arrive very late at night, our final day remains a full holiday day. We can continue to enjoy all All Inclusive services until departure, which is a huge advantage. Over the years, the hotel has always done its best to accommodate our room requests. Even when our preferred room category was no longer available, the team managed to place us close to our favorite room, which was greatly appreciated. Personally, we prefer the Suite to the Apartment, as it is more spacious and offers more storage space. Since we never cook during our holidays, the additional kitchen facilities are not important for us. In short, I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. The quality, service, and overall experience make it an excellent value for money destination, especially for families with children. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children. We came to the Alcudia Garden for 11 nights and we have had a great time. Lovely apartment, big enough for us and had everything we needed. Maid service was excellent. Reception staff always helpful. Daniella was also very helpful and organised a shower room for us on our last day. The pool area is lovely and clean and there are plenty of sunbeds. Staff will remove towels if you leave them for too long. Entertainment was great, plenty for the children and adults. The hotel is right in the centre near the port. Plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and very close to the beach. We booked via TUI and thought that the price of our all inclusive stay was very good value. Food was brilliant and always lots of choice. Something for everyone. There are two pool bars. Lots of drinks available. Cocktails are lovely. We would definitely recommend the hotel."
