My husband and I came to Ibiza for our honeymoon, and I genuinely cannot put into words how much Inés transformed our entire experience. She didn’t simply help us with reservations — she took the time to understand our itinerary, anticipated what we would need before we even realized it ourselves, and treated every detail of our honeymoon as though it were personally important to her.
Before arriving, there were several extremely difficult, highly sought-after reservations in Ibiza that I had been unable to secure myself — even with the assistance of both our Visa and American Express concierge services. Somehow, despite the short notice and how difficult these reservations were to obtain, Inés made them happen for us.
What impressed us even more was how proactive she was. She reviewed our itinerary and noticed when reservation times might not realistically work because of Ibiza traffic, distances, and transportation. Rather than simply booking what we requested, she used her expertise to advise us, personally contacted restaurants to adjust our reservations, and helped reorganize things so that our days would actually flow beautifully. That level of thoughtfulness and attention is incredibly rare.
Throughout the entire planning process, Inés was warm, responsive, resourceful, patient, and genuinely invested in making our honeymoon special. There was never a request that felt like an inconvenience to her. She consistently went above and beyond, and somehow always seemed to be one step ahead of us.
I even made a point of telling management when we arrived just how extraordinary she had already been, because someone this exceptional deserves to be recognized. Inés is an enormous asset to Ibiza Gran Hotel and represents five-star hospitality at its absolute best.
We will forever associate our honeymoon in Ibiza with the kindness and incredible care she showed us. She didn’t just arrange reservations — she elevated our entire honeymoon and created experiences and memories we will have for the rest of our lives.
