Palladium Hotel Cala Llonga

"The hotel was lovely and very good easy walking distance from Cala Llonga. And the staff in every area of the hotel were exceptional couldn't do enough for you. The food was plentyful and there was something for everyone. The pool was small but adequate normally, and the surrounding area very nice. But there is only one pool. The only problem we had was the large groups families and friends hen and stag taking over the pool area which like I've mentioned was a small area. We also thought adult only meant over 18 but there was a couple of children there, as we understood being only 16. It would also have been nice if something could be done about the steps that lead into the sea those of us that aren't as sure footed didn't attempt the climb in or out of the water. And the lounge bar was closed it looked a comfortable spot for getting away from the crowds but apparently it doesn't open in good weather the older customer might have liked that area as a welcome break. But overall a lovely hotel with brilliant staff"

"Perfect location. Overall cleaning quite acceptable. Good atmosphere in the common areas. Maire CONI RUBIO is super professional, a valuable asset, always attentive to everything in the restaurant, congratulations to the employee Gema, genuine, elegant, and very friendly. Your mattresses have low ratings, I had back pain every night. I would go back, but with a mattress that doesn't give me lower back pain. The rooms are poorly soundproofed, but I know it's difficult to deal with that issue. I liked it overall, there are very affable and friendly people."

"I really don’t know where all the 5 star ratings are coming from concerning this hotel??? probably fake or bot generated? The hotel in general is tired and needs looking at . The Staff in general are friendly and helpful. Now for the food obviously it’s all inclusive so was not expecting the ritz but I would like my food hot not cold or at best luke warm the salad bar was the best food but the heat lamps are just not up to the job of keeping the food hot ? It’s the only holiday I’ve had to microwave my main meal . It’s definitely a 3 star hotel that needs a shake up . I choose this hotel mostly on its trip advisor rating and was disappointed as we did pay £1000 each all inclusive and i genuinely feel it’s not worth that so I’ll just say don’t believe the trip advisor hype"
