"Kn hotel - Tripadvisor review An interesting stay, after looking at mixed reviews on trip advisor we thought we would bite the bullet. Good first impressions by the man on the front desk, Jesus. the reception/lobby bar was clean and tidy and looked good. He told us about the towels in our room that we could use down at the pool and also were the food was. What he failed to tell us was about the cup situation, €1 refundable deposit for a cup and without this you can’t enjoy your all inclusive drink as you are not allowed glass by the pool. He also failed to mention that the pool opens at 10am and closes at 6pm for an adult only place we found this baffling. The first evening we arrived we sat out on the balcony and we could hear slapping and sex noises. After chatting to other people they said they heard this also. There was also an abundance of fag butts all over the floor outside and even on the very neglected pool tables round the pool - they had been stuffed down the side of the pole. The room was two double beds pushed together. A fridge wasn’t very cold at all, the bathroom had a hairdryer but overall the bathroom was not very clean. Also we had a very sharp broken handle on our room door. After day two we had witnessed two older couples being told to F***** by the lifeguard. This was because the lifeguard after turning up late to open the gates for the pool, proceeded to tell everyone to get out the pool at 5.40. Not only that there is not to be any head first jumps ect into the Pool. Lots of people had the same views as us as it felt like we were not able to have any fun and they sucked all sort of fun out of anything - no music around the swimming pool which we odd within its self. Food, signs say you can’t wear your swimwear into the restaurant, who has ever gone up to their room during the day to change out of swimwear and then eat and go back and change again?! Snack bar was poor. Although they did have a water fountain useful after the cocktails- all inclusive cocktails were good but like the food it got very samey. All I can say is thankgod for alioli sauce, I had this with every meal as well as just the salad. Pizza was good, fish and meat were poor - so dry. There was always somthing to eat but I feel it could have been a lot better. Also the food was only labelled one day which happened to be a day when a guy with a suit and look very much like the manager man, as he was greeting us in and smiling at most people. The entertainment was limited and absolutely shocking we made our own entertainment although then got told off for being too noisy! The lobby bar was very good, simply because of Salami he was the heart and soul of the place. Staff seem to have a terrible attitude. The toilets near the snack bar had no toilet roll in all day one day. While also eating one day a lady waitress cleaned the floor and then proceeded to clean the drinks side with the same dirty floor cloth!! Attached are our photos from the last day so the bed are unmade ect. Overall - if you’re looking for a very quiet hotel, not a lot of night entertainment, this is the one for you. 🤐 But I guess everyone is different. Would we come back - absolutely not."

"This is an ok hotel. It has lots of potential that I don’t think they utilise very well. They have lots of open space, with nothing in it that could definitely be used for seating/ chill out areas. The bar outside area in the evening is quite small and they have several outdoor spaces they could use for that instead that are just sort of left and not really used, which is a shame. Room was good, clean and comfortable and shower was great. It wasn’t serviced everyday and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all, nor were the towels changed. It wasn’t serviced until the fourth day of the stay. The pools are nice and clean and it’s nice to relax there. There isn’t any issues with sunbeds and there were enough. Staff were pleasant and helpful if you needed anything. Checked out the nudist area but it left much to be desired. Very run down and nothing up there. There could definitely be a small pool, bar or soft drinks station up there and some more welcome vibes but it’s a bit of fake grass and few discarded loungers. Didn’t use the spa or indoor pool so can’t comment on that. The food is ok. That’s about it to be honest. You won’t starve but you also won’t be looking forward to it either. Drinks were ok. Wine was awful and one beer selection and a few cocktails but you can ask for other spirits and mixers. It’s in a quiet location, which is nice. It’s a short walk down to the market and to a few other shops and the beach. There isn’t a massive amount to do but it’s nice if you just want to chill out and be by the pool mainly. Entertainment was pretty much non existent and when it was on it was pretty lackluster. They also use an upstairs indoor area, which is incredibly hot and you can’t sit outside on the massive outdoor terrace, which is odd. There are also no tea or coffee making facilities/ kettle in the room, which is a shame as it would be nice to sit outside the room with a cup of tea! I wouldn’t rush back to this hotel but I want have any issues staying here again as it was pleasant and I had a relaxing time, which is what I wanted. Simba the cat is also very sweet and is very well cared for. Other guests can be a bit much/ noisy but that’s not the hotels fault and when there was an issue with other guests it was dealt with quickly by the hotel and by the local police."

"If you are in need of relaxing and switching off, this hotel does provide this in spades. The food was average but there was plenty of food at each sitting. Beer on tap, cocktails were good but I wouldn't willingly choose the wine as it was carbonated. Rooms were clean and spacious and you would have a balcony or a ground floor space outside. Unfortunately there isn't a lot of entertainment with only 3 evenings put on for the whole week. If you don't mind that, then there is a balcony bar area and occasionally the disco bar may be open. Location wise, the hotel sits on a hill but it isn't a strenuous walk down to the sea front however there isn't a lot of amenities to go and view. Noise level was ok depending on the guests. Service was also ok but didn't interact with them much. If you are looking for a lot of atmosphere, I wouldn't recommend here but if you want something quiet, easy going, with laying by and using the pool, then it's good value for money."
