"We were really expecting more from this hotel, but unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The food was honestly questionable — several dishes, especially the meat, were undercooked and in some cases still raw. The desserts all tasted the same and lacked variety or freshness. While the staff were very kind and tried their best to help, the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. Our room wasn’t as clean as we expected, and the bathroom had a strange smell, which we believe was coming from the bathtub. On a more positive note, the drinks were fine, and the entertainment staff worked hard to engage guests, credit to them for their effort. However, the entertainment itself wasn’t really to our taste, and there wasn’t much to do around the hotel unless you enjoy long walks. Torremolinos is conveniently close to Málaga, so if you’re planning to explore the area, that’s a plus. But if you’re just looking to relax and enjoy the hotel facilities, it’s honestly not worth it. Overall, we were very disappointed considering the amount of money we paid. Sadly, we wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to others."

"Well what’s good about this hotel…not a lot We were there for 11 nights and boy I wish it was less Food…not that good they can cook pork and chicken but certainly not beef a beautiful piece of roast beef totally overcooked most plates I seen it was left total waste, lack of hot veg ,salads were ok but same everyday.Breakfast bacon could have used it to sole my shoes Rooms … dated we were in main hotel above back door and were woken up most mornings with the bin lorry etc Clipshears were fallen out of the bathroom ceiling 2 landed on my hair ,we had them in the kettle and packets of tablets we were 8th floor we bought fly spray and sprayed the lot. The bath towels you can spit peas through Tv only news channel in English I know we were on holiday but some nights we went back to room to relax and another station would have been nice The bar.. tokens are used (we are not kids ) if you don’t have your plastic beaker or token no drink and the staff are quite firm about it ,it costs 1euro per token so hold on to your beaker they are making a mint out of that I think especially if you have kids and they leave them lying around Usually only one staff member on and the queues are frustrating Entertainment is dire they try hard but it’s awful again with loads of people in to watch one barmaid on and she was about in tears one night by the size of the queue poor girl Not much to do in town either at night we never found a bar with anything on and it’s quite a walk to the shops The staff are quite arrogant we found and not friendly some were out and out bloody rude This hotel seems to put saving money rather than guest comfort The pool area has a fly problem loads of them it maybe due to the field behind that they put horses in and the poo attracts them Lifts are a joke one is weight restrictions and how do you tell someone they can’t come in as it won’t budge with their weight! In all honesty one of the worst hotels we have been in and we travel a lot and not one I would recommend to anyone"

"My family has enjoyed the trip and people who said that the hotel is bad are lying, it's the best thing that has happened the entertainment is also amazing especially when you have kids. Recommend it 100%."
