"This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Before our trip, we were a little worried after reading some negative reviews, but from the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right choice.
We've stayed at many luxury five-star all-inclusive resorts in Turkey over the years, and the level of service here certainly wasn't inferior to any of them. Considering the price, this hotel offers exceptional value for money.
The only downside is that the rooms are a little dated and don't have the modern luxury feel of some newer hotels. However, if that's one of the reasons the hotel is reasonably priced, it's definitely not an issue for us. Our room was spotlessly clean, housekeeping did an excellent job every day, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and TV, minibar or shower were all good.
The food was another pleasant surprise. Breakfast offered a huge variety of hot and cold, sweet and savoury options, and everything was fresh. One of the best touches was the unlimited freshly squeezed orange juice, which was included free of charge.
Lunch and dinner were equally impressive, with fresh fish, beef, chicken, turkey, Turkish pide, pasta, different rice dishes, vegetable dishes, vegan options and an extensive salad bar. The dessert buffet was outstanding, with different varieties of baklava every evening, traditional Turkish desserts, cakes, cheesecakes, cookies and plenty of fresh fruit. The cherries were especially delicious.
The snacks were another highlights, waffles, freshly made gözleme at the pool side and sandwiches, cakes and ice cream throughout the day in the patisserie. Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks were available all day, and we particularly liked that soft drinks were served in bottles rather than from dispensers—a small detail that really reflects the hotel's commitment to quality.
The aquapark is fantastic, with plenty of slides for both children and adults, as well as a fun activity pool and pool bar. There are also three large swimming pools and a long sandy beach. The sea was quite wavy during our stay, which made swimming even more enjoyable. Although the beach is sandy, there are a few pebbles at the shoreline, so I recommend water shoes, but many people were perfectly happy without them.
The evening entertainment was excellent, with different shows and themed parties every night. There were also plenty of daytime activities, although we felt more options aimed at younger adults would make it better.
The hotel grounds are very clean and beautifully maintained, with mature trees providing plenty of shade, colourful flowers and fruit trees creating a lovely atmosphere. The gym is also well equipped, air-conditioned and free to use.
The biggest asset of this hotel is undoubtedly its staff. Every single member of the team was friendly, hardworking and genuinely helpful. We'd especially like to thank Aleyna from the breakfast restaurant, who welcomed us every morning with a warm smile and went out of her way to help whenever we needed anything. It was also noticeable that many of the staff have worked here for years, which says a lot about how well the hotel is managed.
Check-in took less than five minutes, and our luggage was delivered to our room by golf buggy, making for a great first impression.
Overall, we were genuinely impressed and felt this hotel offered excellent value for money. While it may not have the ultra-modern feel of some newer five-star resorts, the quality of the food, the facilities, the friendly staff and the overall service are excellent. After our stay, it was easy to understand why so many guests were repeat visitors. We would happily recommend this hotel for a good quality all-inclusive holiday at a reasonable price."
