Serenity Alma Heights truly deserves every bit of its 5-star rating. I’ve stayed many times at this hotel and every stay feels like coming home!
There is So much to do here, quads, horses, boat trips, tours to the pyramids, massage parlour offering great treatments, a salon, and so much more!!
Nice little shops with friendly welcoming staff and not expensive either. Doctors on site, dentist, pharmacy, little perfume shop, and even a little designer (fake obviously) shop to bye anything you need or forgot in the midst of the packing chaos.
The staff go above and beyond in every possible way. Right from the start, you get a warm friendly welcome and big smiles from the reception team!! Too much love for all the boys at the front desk!!
The animation team deserves a special mention, Max, Noah, buddy, Jackson, the effort and fun that you all put into making the days fun, and guests having the best holiday and experience, is more than outstanding. The colour party’s, foam party’s, pink party’s, and dance routines, wouldn’t be the same without you lot. Keep smashing it boys, oh, and where’s my t shirt 😜🤣
Let’s not forget Rachele in animation aswel, Her energy, kindness, and support are unmatched. she’s full of fun, smiles and kindness. She brings a spirit that makes you feel seen and included. She’s the kind of person you meet once and keep as a friend for life. Her kindness, energy, and support turn ordinary moments into unforgettable memories. What a girl she is ☺️
The food is amazing, so much variety and even if your a fussy eater, you will always find something to fulfill your needs. The restaurant team do everything they can to make sure everyone is happy. The staff and food is outstanding every time.
The kitchen staff deserve huge appreciation — the quality, presentation, and consistency are on point every time. You can feel the compassion and dedication behind every dish. They don’t just cook; they take care of you through their food they present!
The slides are great fun, something for all ages, the baby pool is great for the younger ones with slides there too. A wave pool. Lazy river, the fun just continues.
The fun fair is brilliant, rollercoasters, merry go rounds, waltzers, swings, even an indoor arcade room which has been upgraded and really great for the kids. It just goes on and on.
Let’s talk about the general manager of the hotel. Massive shout out to Mr Aladin!
He is a true credit to Serenity— a warm, happy presence who never hides in an office, never hesitates to greet guests, and leads with humility, pride, and joy. You can feel his influence in every smile, every kind gesture, every moment of care!! What a legend!!
A huge part of all what you get at serenity, comes from the managers (and staff). They aren’t just leaders — they are the heart of the hotel. Their passion, kindness, and constant presence shine through in every corner of Serenity. You can feel their influence in the way the staff work together, the way guests are treated, and the atmosphere of comfort and joy that fills the place.

Bar and restaurant managers, they are not distant or hidden; they are present, guiding with pride, care and devotion. Their leadership is felt in every department throughout the hotel. Any issues and it’s resolved straight away.
They create the environment where the staff can shine, where every guest feels valued, and where joy and warmth are not just encouraged, but flows naturally.
The managers are the steady foundation beneath everything that happens here. The staff shine because the managers empower them, guide them, and lead with great expectation’s. You can feel their influence in every role played, from the bars and restaurants to the lifeguards, cleaners, entertainment, and every team that keeps the hotel running so smoothly. Without their direction, support, and passion, the magic simply wouldn’t be possible.
