"An exceptional hotel offering an incredibly rich and varied selection of food, a wide range of activities for both children and adults, a beautiful coral reef for snorkeling enthusiasts, excellent daytime entertainment, and very lively and colorful evening programs.
Among the restaurants, I would especially highlight Alfredo Restaurant, where the chefs’ skill, knowledge, and passion can be tasted in every bite. The selection is extremely varied, ranging from cooked dishes, meat and fish to drinks, freshly squeezed juices, desserts, pastries, fruit, and much more. All praise goes to the restaurant staff, especially Romany Fayez, who made every moment of our stay truly memorable.
The cleanliness of the entire resort, including the rooms, is maintained at the highest possible level. I would particularly like to mention Hassan Mohamed, who is extremely dedicated to his work, hardworking, and very creative.
The hotel has 19 swimming pools, four of which are located in the central area: a saltwater lagoon pool, a pool with daytime activities, a pool with a large Jacuzzi section, and another large pool without any organized activities. There is also a large pool in front of each block of small and pleasant buildings. The aqua park includes three additional pools intended for both children and adults.
The large number of water slides suitable for different age groups means that everyone can find something they enjoy and fully relax. I would also like to highlight the exceptionally large and spacious beach. For those looking for complete peace and quiet, the beach is the perfect place.
Along most of the beach, the sea is shallow. However, at the far left end of the beach, there is deeper water that is excellent for swimming and is not affected by the tides. From the middle of the beach, a long pier leads to a deep-water area with a beautiful coral reef. There is an impressive variety of corals, fish of all colors, shapes, and sizes, as well as rays and other marine life. Diving lessons are also held near the reef because the water is deep and the visibility is exceptional.
During the day, the wonderful and unobtrusive animation team keeps guests active through a variety of sports activities of different difficulty levels, mini-Olympics, sports competitions, foam parties, and many other activities.
In the evening, when the heat begins to ease, this incredible team brings the whole resort to life, stimulating your imagination, your muscles, and every nerve in your body. The program includes theatrical performances and musicals, fire shows, pool ballet and water shows, various dance performances, night swimming in the pools, foam parties, and nighttime rides down the water slides. Everything is complemented by excellent DJs and a dynamic and engaging host. The animation team truly makes every evening spent at the hotel a unique experience.
Another feature I would especially highlight is the covered, pedal-powered quadricycles, which offer a different view of the resort and make it much easier to move around the large hotel complex. There are different types available: some are designed for two people to pedal, while the larger ones allow four people to pedal and two people to steer.
I would also mention the saltwater lake with swan-shaped pedal boats and the VR room, where every evening guests can choose from around ten different VR machines free of charge. The resort also has a large spa center, a small shopping center, and many other facilities.
To sum up, the hotel offers a huge number of activities and facilities for guests of different ages, so you certainly will not be bored. The service and cleanliness are maintained at an exceptionally high level, and both the hotel staff and the animation team are fantastic.
My only criticism concerns the lighting in the rooms. The rooms are otherwise very well equipped and have almost everything guests might need, but they lack some additional ambient or peripheral lighting, such as a lamp. The rooms themselves are very spacious, as are the balconies, and they contain everything necessary for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday.
