"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in El Gouna and couldn't recommend it more! From the moment we arrived everything exceeded our expectations.
The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. The cleanliness of everywhere really stood out for us, you could constantly see staff working to keep everywhere spotless! The housekeeping team were especially lovely, always friendly and making sure we had everything we needed. The pool areas were great, clean, relaxing and a lovely environment.
The surrounding area of the hotel was beautiful to walk around and there was easy access to downtown bars and restaurants with tuk tuks constantly passing by. That said, we often chose to stay in the hotel as the food was so good. There was great variety every day, food was always hot and the staff were happy to do any extra for you. Gorgeous pastries at breakfast and freshly made pastas, pizzas, and a variety of other dishes at dinner. The head chef Amar Essam was always there making sure everything was okay with our food, checking if we needed anything else, he was great!
What truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff. Every single person we encountered was warm, welcoming and genuinely eager to help. It created such a positive atmosphere throughout our holiday. The director Mohamed Helmy, we can’t thank you enough, he was always around and actively involved. He regularly took the time to chat with us and other guests, making sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying their stay and it shows how much everyone cares.
Also a special thank you to Abdul in the restaurant, Ahmed at the bar and Adel Makram for being so friendly and going above and beyond to help us and make our stay extra special! Everyone played a big part in making our stay here feel so personal and memorable!
