Doubletree by Hilton Mangroovy El Gouna Resort

"I had a very enjoyable stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Mangroovy El Gouna Resort. The resort itself is beautiful, well maintained and located in a fantastic area of El Gouna, with a private beach, swimming pools, restaurants, bars and excellent leisure facilities. The all-inclusive concept is convenient and offers a good variety of food and drinks throughout the day. I particularly enjoyed having several different areas where guests could relax, have a drink or enjoy a snack. The private beach and pools are definitely among the highlights of the resort. The staff were generally friendly and welcoming, and there were some employees who went above and beyond to make our stay special. I would especially like to mention Salah and Khaled, who deserve special recognition for their professionalism, kindness and genuine attention to guests. Their attitude was exactly what you would expect from a hotel operating under the Hilton brand. I will add photos of them because I believe good service should be recognized publicly. That being said, I also experienced some inconsistency in the level of service. On a few occasions, I had the impression that certain members of staff were giving preferential treatment to Egyptian guests compared with foreign/international guests. This was particularly noticeable in the way attention and service were offered. I want to emphasize that this was not the attitude of everyone—far from it—but it happened often enough for me to notice and to feel that it should be mentioned. I believe that all guests should receive the same level of attention, courtesy and service regardless of nationality. This is particularly important for an international hotel such as DoubleTree by Hilton, where guests come from many different countries. Despite this issue, there were many positive aspects to our stay. The resort has a beautiful setting overlooking the Red Sea, a private sandy beach, outdoor pools and a fitness center, and the overall environment is very relaxing. Overall, I would still recommend DoubleTree by Hilton Mangroovy El Gouna Resort, especially for its location, facilities, beach and overall atmosphere. However, I hope management will pay closer attention to consistency and ensure that every guest receives the same standard of hospitality and respect."

"All staff are so amazing would definitely recommend staying here. All the staff look after you so well! Mohamed and Hussein are very nice and attentive and kind we felt very comfortable. Mohamed offered to teach me how to swim also. Restaurant staff are so caring and lovely!"

"It was like in a fairy tale! There are no words in any language of the world to describe the level of happiness that we experienced all our vacation! Gorgeous hotel, new, beautiful and very stylish. All the furniture is new - it's a pleasure to be anywhere in this hotel. The eye rejoices when you walk around the hotel. A special pleasure is the staff. The kindest young people on the beach who will help you unfold the lounger and arrange your place. Amazing waiters who will do everything to make you feel comfortable, bring you any drink, prompt you in any matter, show tricks. Special thanks to the most charming and fabulous Hosni - this man definitely deserves a promotion, career advancement, a very well-mannered, cheerful, responsive and caring young man. We were incredibly impressed by how the evenings were held here. There are no noisy parties, huge concerts with loud dances and fanfares in the hotel, which is a definite plus for us. Gorgeous selection of musical accompaniment, very competently selected songs. Next time I won't even think about it, I'll definitely come back here. Many people note the long entrance to the sea as a minus. For us it's not a minus, there's sand all around, you'll walk to the depth for 3-5 minutes no more - during this time you have time to enjoy the water temperature."
