Concorde El Salam Sport Hotel

"This is our third time to the Concorde Sport and it won't be our last. The reefs on the hotel beach are beautiful and well looked after. This really is a lovely hotel. The staff are brilliant. Adam, from the animation team went out of his way to make our holiday even better. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Sharm."

"We went as a family of 4. Me, my partner and 2 children (8 and 3). The staff made this holiday for us. They are all outstanding. So welcoming and just so nice. All of the lifeguards go the extra mile and we’re so good with our children nothing was ever too much! They were amazing! Ahmed (Pogba), Mo and all the rest… I would say the hotel is a little tired and dated. However, everything else makes up for this so we didn’t mind. For the price you pay its brilliant value for money. The food was delicious. My children always eat and enjoyed the food and they are very fussy usually. The chef Kamal was brilliant and so attentive and made our holiday that extra bit special. The waiter Mustaffa always made sure our drinks were replaced very quickly. All of the waiters and staff in the restaurant were always so lovely to us and always on hand if we ever needed anything. The reception bar man Ahmed was a dream. Served us the most amazing cocktails catered to our taste which again made our holiday even more enjoyable. 10/10 to him! Animation team were always in sight, very friendly and approachable they were great. Pool party’s were the highlight! Another good point is the branded drinks which really do make a difference (sprite, coke and Fanta). The al carte restaurants are beautiful. The Italian and beachfront one. They are an extra charge but still very cheap and so delicious. Definitely worth booking in! The Italian restaurant all the staff were amazing especially Mahmood. We also really enjoyed the bar overlooking the beach. Unreal views and so peaceful. We walked over to the front hotel a lot where you can use the pools, access the beach and also still get all drinks and eat here at lunch time for no extra charge. The infinity pool is beautiful. I had a massage and used the spa facilities which were lovely. We are English and there were not many English only a handful. There appeared to be a lot more Russian people. The spot is ideal and about a 5 minute walk to Soho Square which was perfect for us as there was not much entertainment of an evening. As a family we like to venture and visit different destinations, but we have decided to definitely visit again we enjoyed it that much! We definitely recommend! The staff make this hotel as they we outstanding! Thank you!"
