Sorgun Akadia Luxury

"Me and my partner came to sorgun akadia in September 2025 and felt traumatised when we got home. -We waited 4 and a half hours for our room to be ready when we arrived from 1am till 4:30am. Our room was not cleaned when we entered - there was mouldy fruit on the floor, the toilet bin was still full, stained bedding and the shower was covered in mould. -We had no running water in our room for 2 days. -There was holes in the floor all around the pool side. - The music was so loud every day from 9:30am - 2am, it was going off on our Apple Watch’s that the environment was too loud. We had to purchase and wear ear plugs every night to drown out the noise. -On the third day we were told the hotel had ran out of towels and blankets so we could not have any. - We received abuse from staff following our complaints. -There was no knowledge on allergens in the restaurant. I personally went to reception 3+ times a day to ask them to clean our room and to fix our issues we were having. I was repeatedly laughed at and told that they can’t help me. One of the days we were there me and my partner got dressed up to go out and one of the members of staff at the pool bar walked over and soaked me with a hose pipe till I was dripping wet (I was in a dress and heels and was very clearly ready to go out). When asking them to please stop I was laughed at by all the other staff behind the bar. After this incident I was ignored every time I went to that particular bar for a drink. I cannot believe this hotel is up as a 5 star. If we had booked a 1 star hotel I would maybe understand the shocking amenities but this needs to be reviewed."

"The hotel is nice enaugh, rooms could use some freshing up (wall corners starting to peel off ). Very little room cleaning, we spent 7 nights, the floor was wiped once. Big variety of food, but very little turkish options to try. We went in end of october so not a great situation with fruit (basic apple, grape).A la carte italian restaurant was a bit disapointing. Drinks are okeyish. Coctails not so good only the simple ones (gin tonic, wiskey cola). To get to a beach you meed to take hotel bus fo 5 min. Beach is ok, could use some cleaning. Beach bar was interesting, limiting drinks per person in one go from about 2 pm running out of drinks. The enrtainmnent was nice, dances, shows, parties. The only problem that is full of russians, always playing russian music, trying to speak with you in russian even if you are not one. Too much russian music. So overall not bad, if russian language is not bothering you, since it was end of season and price was good it was okey, but in the season the prices are up and not sure it is worth that. For october itvwas okey."

"Well it was our first vacation in Turkey. Actually the price we get was perfect to compare with the quality. But the room cleanness wasn’t perfect, even we left few times tips. The windows also were really dirty. Food was various, but almost always meat and good quality fish overcooked :/ Animators- not so funny, every second day same dancers from Columbia. Always russian pop music, that made me puke after a week of holliday. Music was way too loud in the daytime. Sea was quite close, can go by foot. Beach bar was good, everything you needed. Hated russians with their speakers in the beach and everyone with their own russian music, when U want to hear the sound of the sea. Just drove me crazy. Beach bar had very nice, 80’s-90’s music."
