"We were on vacation with my husband in mid-October 2026. On the very first day after arriving, I booked a peeling and massage at the hammam for 6 PM. During the service, it turned out that the spa center operates until exactly 6:00 PM. Accordingly, the hammam was cold, the doors were open, drafts were blowing, and the relaxation room was cold as the North Pole; it was very uncomfortable. It's not clear why to sign people up for paid services if the entire infrastructure is already not working?? Despite the hotel being built in 2013, it looks not just worn out, but completely dilapidated. In room (2413), there is no soundproofing; absolutely everything happening in the next room is audible; also, the room had broken soap dispensers (both), the current shower cabin (even after calling a plumber) has a puddle in the center of the room that won't dry, and it's impossible to walk around it! The sliding-door closet has creaking and difficult-to-open doors, and the balcony door has a faulty lock and a poor seal to the frame, which didn't dampen the sounds of the road and the bar under the room's windows even a little. On rainy days, there is a puddle on the balcony that periodically flows into the room... because the floor is sloped towards the room! There are two dim light bulbs in the bathroom, under which it is difficult not only to apply makeup, but even to shave. Overall, the hotel is very dark so that its miserable condition does not stand out. There were no complaints about the quality, quantity, or variety of the food at the restaurant. Everything was updated on time. But after the 19th everything changed sharply. Dorado and trout began "circling" our restaurant in a wide arc, turning into small bony fish. The dishes had not been updated 30 minutes before the end of lunch/dinner. The beer has become watery and cloudy. Fruits are no longer cut, watermelons and melons have left the menu. Cheeses from 15 types reduced to 7. And this is despite the fact that the hotel operates year-round. There was a lot of broken dishes, the cleanliness of plates, cups, and cutlery left much to be desired (everything had to be wiped with napkins) Also on the 19th, all the air conditioners in the hotel were turned off, both in the rooms and in the restaurant. The windows were wide open and the tobacco smoke from the street was being drawn inside the restaurant. The beach is far. If you like to swim in the sea before breakfast, then this hotel is not for you. The shuttle runs on a schedule. Be careful - there are many large stones in the sea. The hotel administration does not see the need to call the police to quiet down the drunken tourists who are shouting and listening to music through a speaker until 5 am for the third night in a row. One more nuance: if you love silence, you are unlikely to find it in this hotel. The hotel is squeezed between two roads, one is very busy, there is a mosque there, and there is a bar by the pool. On the other two sides, blocks of air conditioners, a pumping station with a corresponding fume hood, and a product unloading zone for the restaurant are installed. To summarize, I would say that the hotel did not inspire. Especially for 200 thousand for 10 days (( I am vacationing in Turkey for the 20th time, so I have something to compare it with."

"My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff were rude, and I often felt they were more interested in tips than providing good customer service. The entertainment was very basic, and overall, the hotel fell short of my expectations. However, the most upsetting incident involved my personal belongings. I had left a full bottle of Chanel perfume, worth approximately £140, on a table in my room. When the housekeeper came to change the towels, I specifically asked her to change the towels only and not touch anything else. When I returned, my belongings had been moved, and my perfume was missing. I confronted the housekeeper and asked her where my perfume was. She became defensive and used a translator to explain that there was jewellery on the table too, saying she had not touched it and could have taken it. I cannot prove what happened to my perfume, but the circumstances were concerning. I reported the incident to the reception manager, who took my details. I expected an investigation and a follow-up, but I never heard anything from management. While packing to leave, I also discovered that my Diesel jacket was missing. By this point, I had completely lost faith in the hotel’s ability to address my concerns. I was so frustrated that I left a message on the wall asking for my Chanel perfume back. Imagine spending your holiday worrying about missing belongings instead of enjoying yourself. The missing perfume was upsetting, but the hotel’s failure to follow up on my complaint made the experience even worse. Between the rude staff, basic entertainment, and the complete lack of communication from management, I would not return to Crown Serenity. My advice to future guests: keep your valuables secure and do not assume that management will resolve your concerns if something goes wrong."

"When I read the positive reviews about this hotel, I sincerely wonder if we stayed in the same establishment! The hotel is in poor condition and, in my opinion, absolutely does not deserve its 5 stars. The premises are dirty, noisy, and give off unpleasant odors. The staff is particularly unpleasant, even mocking, whether at the front desk or among the housekeeping staff. The lack of respect toward guests is unacceptable. Regarding dining, the food is very disappointing. From the second day, I was a victim of what I suspect to be food poisoning, which considerably ruined my stay. In summary, this stay was a total disaster, far from the experience one has the right to expect from a 5-star hotel. A huge disappointment that I wouldn't wish on anyone!"
