Diamond Deluxe Hotel & Spa

"We were moved to Diamond Deluxe Hotel & Spa once arriving at our original hotel in Kos as there was a maintenance issue that could not be fixed immediately. At first we were a little reluctant as we wanted to stay at the same hotel as we did the previous year...BUT...once we arrived at Diamond Deluxe we did not want to leave. By far the best hotel we have stayed at to date in Kos. The hotel was beautiful, the room was spacious with perfect working air con, fridge to keep drinks cold and a very comfy bed! we slept very very well. Breakfast and tea was amazing with unlimited choice at breakfast and a very decent choice for tea. The staff especially the waiters and waitresses and a certain lady at reception whose name we can not remember were incredibly friendly and helpful. The cleaners were 5*****!!! Onsite shop for essentials or little cute gifts. There was just the right entertainment for this kind of hotel. Nothing too loud and too much. The hotel itself was little further than we thought from Kos centre but we rented bikes every day from the hotel which was cheap and easy it took us only 15/20 mins to get to where we wanted to be (the bike ride was just beautiful riding right by the sea and bike path was great. We could not have asked for anymore and did not want to leave. Thank you to all and we would absolutely love to return again in the future."

"The Diamond deluxe hotel is set in a peaceful location, near a private beach with plenty of comfortable sun loungers to relax & soak up the rays. Outside the front of the building is a bus stop, where you can hop on a bus for a short ride to Kos town. On our arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome from Maria & the reception team. The grounds, buildings & gardens were very well maintained & looked beautiful & classy. Our swim up room was modern, stylish & spotlessly clean. During our stay we had an issue with pigeons outside our room near the pool;Maria went above & beyond to resolve the matter. All the staff were friendly, helpful & professional, especially Charisa, Zeitzan & the restaurant teams. We were greeted each meal time with a welcoming smile & chat by Sofia. The food at both restaurants was amazing. In the evenings, gorgeous sunsets were often seen from the rooftop restaurant Perrizi, giving a very romantic atmosphere. This is our second year at this hotel & would certainly recommend it 😀"

"Wow for Greece this hotel has certainly set the bar so high it will be hard to beat. We had a swim up room which during summer months I would certainly recommend In October in my opinion a swim up room is not necessary due to the pool being too cold. If you are requesting a room I strongly recommend 603 although 602 was nearly as good. Room 603 was the biggest patio area in my opinion on the site Staff are tremendous and could not do enough to assist Breakfast was amazing with a great buffet and breakfast menu, Chrisa greeted us every morning and knew our coffee order. Our cleaner Clark was amazing and worked so hard all day. To the side which maybe needs looking at On the evenings after returning from dinner into town the hotel had live music Most nights there were max 6 people in the bar listening I can only suggest that the hotel looks at the cost of alcohol Plus no draught beer To give an example Beer in the hotel very small bottle 6 euros In the town restaurant 5 euros for a pint People sat on verandas drinking from supermarket instead of the bar if the cost of alcohol was more reasonable most people would have drank in the bar we except a premium to drink in a hotel bar but not for the amount and quantity Local supermarket is about 15 mins walk just turn right and it’s on left ( use one next to restaurant) Bus stop on left ( hotel side will get you to town 2.2 euros) same return cost Ask staff for timetable Would we return, definitely"
