"I was in this hotel with my mom and I would like to give very positive feedback about the place, the staff, and our entire experience between 29.12.2025 and 03.01.2026. We came from another hotel in the Belek area where we felt very uncomfortable and humiliated, and the quality did not represent the price at all.
The new hotel amazed us from the beginning with its look, and even though we were not yet in the system, they offered us a drink while we were waiting. After the check-in, I told them what happened to us and expressed that we were satisfied from the very beginning. The staff at the spa were kind from the first moment and very helpful. We did not even dare to believe that we landed in such an amazing place.
There were many facilities in the area, so we could also go on trips. While discovering the beautiful garden, I met the photographer, who was very kind. The evening program was well organised; in every hall there was a meaningful event. I could also make friendships.
On New Year’s Eve, there was a gala dinner. We received an invitation as well, where they told us where to go. We went to the wrong hall, but still spent the evening with amazing people.
On the same day, after a short sleep, at lunch, I went to the restaurant later, at the end of lunchtime. I requested them not to clear my table, but they still did it. When I got sad about it, the staff did their best to give me the same food that they had taken. I must say they prepared a better meal than what I had made for myself; they even cut the apples that I requested. In this special case, a special thank you to Ms. Ayşen and Ms. Çağla.
In the evening, there was a party, and during the night some drama that reminded me of Turkish TV series, which was interesting. I was also satisfied with the laundry service, and with the maid who was not responsible for this, but still helped me fill in the laundry form in correct Turkish because I was tired.
On the last day before our trip home, they also put gifts in our room together with a fruit basket. Probably because we spoke Turkish with them, but it is still a mystery why — in any case, it made us feel special.
Special thanks to the restaurant team: Ayşen, Çağla, Cennet, Taner Bey, Emir, Efe, Furkan, Mehmet, Büşra, and Rona. Also special thanks to the bar employees — unfortunately, their name list got lost — but we are extra grateful to them as they were very polite. One of them even spoke French with a good accent, and they were able to work very well under pressure and high customer demand. They took maximum care of the guests’ needs.
The director was also kind, together with the receptionists. I was also glad that I could stay in a hotel that hosts an international Muay Thai congress, which I also practice.
In total, I would like to express my gratefulness to the hotel for its beauty, the amazing outdoor area and beach where I could swim, the well-equipped spa, and the very well-mannered and helpful staff."
