"We stayed at this hotel as two families with two babies and two young children, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.
We were aware that the official check-in time is 3:00 PM, but for a hotel that advertises itself as family-friendly, it was extremely disappointing and humiliating to see so little consideration for families traveling with babies and toddlers. We arrived before 9:00 AM, expecting we might have to wait, but what made the situation even worse was watching other guests who arrived after us receive their room keys while we were left waiting until around 2:30 PM for our first room and another hour for the second room. The explanation we received was that they wanted our rooms to be next to each other, but this did not justify the lack of communication or empathy. If you are traveling with small children, be prepared for long waiting times and unfriendly treatment instead of understanding and support.
The food was another major disappointment. The selection was almost identical every single day. Lunch and dinner mainly consisted of the same grilled meat, fried food, pasta, spaghetti Bolognese, and similar dishes. Most cooked meals were heavily seasoned or spicy, making them unsuitable for young children. As a result, our kids ended up eating the same few foods every day because there were very few child-friendly options.
The hotel advertises a "Baby Corner," but it was far from what we expected. Every day it offered exactly the same five boiled vegetables (peas, potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, and sweetcorn), along with the same porridge and oats. There was never any plain cooked meat, chicken, turkey, or fish prepared for babies and toddlers. For parents traveling with small children, this was a huge disappointment.
Even the desserts lacked variety. The same cakes and sweets were served day after day, with very little change throughout our stay.
The drinks were another letdown. The only beer available was Efes, which was actually one of the few drinks we enjoyed. Unfortunately, the cocktails were some of the worst we have ever had at an all-inclusive resort. Although the menu listed around ten different cocktails, they all tasted heavily diluted, contained very little alcohol, and were poorly prepared. It honestly did not matter which cocktail you ordered—they were all equally disappointing.
Entertainment for children was also extremely limited. There is one small indoor playroom that only opens after 8:00 PM, where children can mainly draw, a tiny climbing wall, and a very small boat that can accommodate only two or three children at a time. Outside, there is a slightly larger playground and a small stage where every evening the entertainment follows exactly the same formula: the animation team dresses up as different characters and performs a short 30-minute dance show. That is essentially the entire children's program. For a resort that promotes itself as family-oriented, the entertainment felt very basic, repetitive, and lacked creativity.
The water slides were another disappointment. The pool with the slides does not operate throughout the day but only during scheduled hours—roughly two sessions of about three hours each—and everything closes by around 5:00 PM. Children who want to use the slides outside those limited hours simply cannot.
The staff was one of the biggest letdowns. Most employees seemed uninterested, unprofessional, and unwilling to help. Whenever we asked for assistance, we felt like we were bothering them rather than being valued guests. In particular, our experience with Temir, Nagihan, and Front Office Manager Huseyin Kemahli was extremely disappointing. Instead of trying to resolve problems or show empathy, they made us feel unwelcome.
Overall, this hotel did not meet the standards expected from a 5-star resort. Almost everything operates according to strict schedules and limited hours, giving the impression that services are provided simply because the hotel has to offer them, not because they genuinely care about guests having an enjoyable and relaxing holiday. Combined with the poor organization at check-in, repetitive food, limited options for babies and toddlers, repetitive desserts, disappointing drinks, weak children's entertainment, restricted access to the water slides, and unfriendly staff, the experience fell far below our expectations.
We would not recommend this hotel to families with babies or young children, and we certainly would not choose to stay here again."
