"We were very disappointed with our stay. Service was extremely slow, and staff seemed disengaged — we constantly felt like we were bothering them whenever we asked for help. Our room was basic, the bathroom tiny, and the shower frequently overflowed. We had to keep asking for extra towels, ear buds, and water, but even after informing staff, requests were often ignored. Room service took hours, the food was repetitive with little variety, and although there were a few nice à la carte restaurants, their availability was very limited. The disco was always empty with outdated music, which reflected the overall lack of energy and engagement at the hotel."

"This could be a lovely hotel, but it didn't live up to expectations or the price bracket it's in. Nothing terrible about it, but lots of things that let it down. I'm not hugely fussy but having stayed in many similar hotels in recent years, this isn't one I'm desperate to return to. Slightly surprised by the many positive, but short, reviews on here - they seem a little too gushing and lacking detail. Our duplex room was a reasonable size, but the balconies were a bit small. One door frame was loose, the shower didn't drain so kept flooding into the bathroom, one safe didn't work and one balcony door didn't lock. Stairs to the lower level didn't have a handrail so weren't ideal for little kids. Cleaning was slightly erratic - one day no service until almost 4pm - and the stairs didn't seem to have been swept all week. The site seemed well kept, but the motorised buggies whizzed up and down the paths and meant guests had to keep moving out of the way. Not ideal with young children. Staff were helpful when asked, but rarely did I get a smile or a sense of friendliness. Barely a word said at check out - no attempt to ask how our stay was, or to wish us a safe trip home. The buffet restaurant was a disappointment. Lots of choice, but quite repetitive - there were three stir fry dishes at dinner each day for example, but basically very similar each night. The buffet area got very crowded, with long queues for some dishes/stations, and not helped by staff regularly leaving trolleys with plates in the way of people trying to move around. Plates at the dessert stations very hot (fresh from the dishwashers presumably) which isn't ideal for most cold desserts. No milk easily available for tea in the mornings - much more set up for coffee drinkers. We ate at the mediterranean a la carte restaurant one evening which was again ok. The staff didn't really speak english so trying to understand the dishes or ask for minor changes wasn't completely straightforward. The kids club was good for a range of ages with lots of different things to do although the daily schedule of activities didn't seem to really take place. I wasn't fully convinced about the system for making sure younger kids didn't leave the area without a parent, and overheard another parent complaining about this. The couple of times I noticed, the staff on the kids club reception desk were either playing games on their PC or doing some sort of non-hotel work. Plenty of sunbeds, although the pools were quite cold at this time of year (as we expected). The slides were great, although age/height/weight restrictions are enforced so can leave smaller kids disappointed. The indoor pool was nicely heated though. Drinks at the bars were a bit variable - mostly ok. Lots of sunbeds at the beach too which was nice, although quite a bit of shingle to get in/out of the water (so water shoes are a big plus). Belek is easily walkable and a nice small town with a bazaar, etc. but not much of interest. We did a day trip to Antalya which was good to see, but around 3 hours there and back for 3 hours of sightseeing so not sure it was completely worth it. So, a nice enough stay but lots of little things that collectively left us disappointed with the hotel. Not somewhere we're likely to return to as we've been to nicer places that we'd rather visit again."
