Elysee

"hotel in good location, stayed bed an breakfast, the breakfast choice was basic but manageable, however 2 out of the 4 mornings we arrived for breakfast there were no seats available and had to sit in reception and drink coffee and then keep going back to see if a table had become free, the staff are slow to replenish and we had to stand and wait for coffee cups more than once, some staff came across ignorant and unwelcome in the breakfast room and could do with a few lessons in customer service and basic politeness or alternatively find a job they are better suited to if a smile and a courteous response isn't for them, the room was clean and well equipped but felt dark and depressing due to poor lighting.I think if the hotel is full or a majority of the guests have chosen breakfast then the hotel need to adapt to the demand better than we experienced. Its a good base for the sights and attractions, but I would probably choose a different accommodation next time I visit."

"Stayed here with my son for 2 nights to attend a Czechia v England game. We had a huge one bedroom twin bed apartment equipped with everything we needed and more including a spacious bathroom. The hotel is in a good area on Wenceslas Square with easy access to everything. Breakfast was included which was good with plenty of choice"

"We had a wonderful experience at! Location was perfect, everything was walkable. The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel!"
