"Me and hubby went with friends. Found the hotel to be a good standard and clean. When I had problems with the Air Con in the room they found us a different room straight away, can't ask for better than that! Food was good, great choices. One of our group has Coeliacs and this was catered to ok. Entertainment team were fab, so friendly and didn't nag if you wanted to just chill. Would definitely go to this Hotel again"

"Lots of positive things about this hotel. Our room was large and comfortable with a lovely sea view towards La Gomera. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. Maid service especially good. Nice balcony with table and chairs. Fridge was handy, too. We were bed and breakfast and the breakfast was excellent with a big variety of choices. The hotel grounds were nice with plenty of sunbeds and tables to sit at. Bar service was good, although catered more for the All Inclusive guests. Entertainment staff worked hard to get people involved in archery, darts, table tennis etc, which was nice. Evening entertainments we were mainly not there for as we went out for dinner, but the bits we saw looked ok. However, there were a few negative points. It was incredibly noisy, even in the early hours of the morning lorries were delivering or collecting. We were woken several times about 3 a.m. by reversing sirens. The road outside was also very noisy with police sirens. The plug in the bathroom sink didn't keep the water in and the hot water was a slightly worrying shade of orangey brown throughout our stay. The bathroom door was a bit dilapidated with peeling paint. For a 4 star hotel I would have expected a kettle and tea / coffee making facilities. I would also not be expecting to pay for the room safe. Many areas in the hotel smelled strongly of drugs, frequently. Although the hotel is advertised as "adults only", it may be better advertised as "young adults", who like loud music and foam parties. Could be a great hotel, just not for us next time."

"Fabulous hotel. Absolutely gleaming. Definitely recommend to stay here. Food delicious and great variety. Did not stay in and watch entertainment each night but lots did so must of been good. Pool of a daytime is a suntrap. I went in October I don't think I'd like to go in August as hotel very full. No beds by 11am. We got a bed everyday but did witness people later around 1130am struggling. Reception staff and hotel staff in general absolutely perfect and all speak good English. Hotel on a hill so you may struggle if disabled but they have ports for buggies. Also use gate by the pool table let's you out onto main road. And to get back in swipe room key. I only found this out 2 days later!! If I was going back to Tenerife I would stay here again."
