"What a wonderful hotel ⭐️
Just got back from an all inclusive week here, 4 adults, and safe to say we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
This hotel really does exceed expectations for all inclusive, and for the price paid it really felt like your moneys worth and more.
One touch that was new to us was your room key being a wristband, amazing piece of tech. No need to carry cards around, just tap the band on your door, or when you enter the restaurant or at the bar and off you go.
The hotel has a nice adult vibe to it without being adults only. We didn’t see a kids club, or entertainment tailored for kids. The food didn’t have a kids options section in the buffet area, just pastas and pizza, which were restaurant quality. There was never any trouble in this hotel during our stay, perfect atmosphere.
Rooms:
Our rooms had nothing to complain about. We didn't look too closely but never found any problems. It was clean and functional, the pillows are amazing, so comfortable. They were cleaned every day, fresh towels and beds made. The aircon seems a bit hit and miss, some people say theirs is amazing, others not as good. We were on 3rd floor facing the front of the hotel, which was quiet and the view of the landscape and houses on the cliff were stunning.
Pool:
Pool area is fab. Large space but still faced sunbed wars. By 9am you'd be lucky to find 2 beds next to each other. Lots of outdoor seating area, and lots of indoor seating area, which I must say was amazing to walk in to, ice cold aircon. Music playing around the seating area was nice background noise, but not overbearing. You can get sunbed towels from the lifeguard at the pool and change them every other day.
On the 5th floor of the hotel is the rooftop adult only pool. We didn’t go here during the day but got the lift up to have a look, very nice space with a pool bar up there, too.
Food/Drinks:
This is what we were most impressed with. For all inclusive, this hotel exceeds standard expectations. The food variety and quality is phenomenal, all breakfast, lunch and dinner. Never needed to eat out any nights.
Breakfast variety was great, so many fresh juices in jugs, flavours of yogurt, they even had a fresh honeycomb drizzling into a bowl. Fruit was amazing, and all your general breakfast needs.
Lunch you could either go into the main hotel buffet restaurant or the on-site restaurant for a menu table service. Dinner was great, the quality of meats, fish, themed nights, everything was spot on.
The drinks were superb as well, the extensive list of all inclusive drinks is amazing. From beer, to spirits, to cocktails, to slush machine, to even iced coffees (the baileys frappe was a hit with us). The drinks didn’t taste unbearable like a lot of all inclusives, you could actually enjoy them. Absolutely 10/10 for all inclusive.
Location:
This hotel is in the perfect location. The beach is situated a 2min walk from the hotel, lovely beach and waters. 2 sunbeds cost €22.50 for the day, although I think they're free after 3pm (sunbed man just takes the mattress off).
Supermarket is also a few mins walk from the hotel. You can make your own sandwich in there for about €4.50 which is good to grab if you’re having a beach day.
Lots of shops, bars and restaurants close by, the strip is about a 10min walk. The Square is about a 25 min walk. We just got a taxi to the square and would give them €10.
Entertainment:
Can't comment too much on this to be honest. The day time activities included water aerobics, darts and pool. The evening seemed to start with bingo each night then some kind of tribute act. We did catch one act, a band covering 80s classics like Journey. That was pretty good. Other than that we were out and about in the evenings, but that was mostly because the world cup was on.
Things to do / Excursions:
We booked with TUI, and the TUI rep in the hotel was wonderful and very helpful. We booked the Pirates Adventure Show in Magaluf, and also Palma Aquarium. Down the road from the hotel, you can also book water-based activities through sales people. We booked the 2 hour dolphin sightseeing boat, which was brilliant.
The staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay, very pleasant with service, all bars and restaurant, cleaners and reception, and were very happy to order you a taxi outside the hotel. Thank you all for your amazing service.
