"I would like to give my sincere thanks and appreciation to the all gentleman's working at the hotel reception. Valentin and Juan . They were very friendly, polite, and helpful. One of them name Valentin was especially kind and took the time to explain to me how to travel around Mallorca using public transport, as well as giving me useful general information about the area. Their patience, professionalism, and willingness to help made my stay much easier and more enjoyable. It is lovely to see such young staff providing such excellent customer service. Thank you both for your kindness and assistance. You are a real credit to the hotel!"

"In single occupancy apartment. Was refused a kettle unless I paid €20 for a pack of assorted teas. Windows covered in frosted film, so no view. Also blind did not cover the window so let light in early morning. Only one chair outside, no table. Nowhere to dry wet clothes/towels. No cup for your toothbrush or to rinse your mouth. No home comforts like a wall hanging, very bare like a cell. Maid walked into my room without knocking one day when I was asleep naked on the bed. Reported to reception, no apology. Also reported that a window in the shower let in dirt constantly, again, no one came to fix it. Toilet dipped constantly, shower so small you adjusted the temp with your back every time you moved. I was next door to housekeeping office so no sleep after 8am. Pool didn't open until 10. All these problems were put in an email to customer services, they didn't reply or apologise. Not good value for money. Stay elsewhere."

"Location is up A hill but not far from beach not a hotel for the unfit or disabled. The hotel has a lift and stairs if needed the room was tidy and clean. Beds okay to sleep On this is a bnb hotel only and looks good in the lobby . It has a pool area with a snack and drinks bar. There is a dining room for breakfast time and the food was good no poorly belly from the food, the choices varied throughout the week . Take your own kettle as there is a charge at front desk for this. And the staff Carlos and jordi were very nice even said goodbye and the lifeguards were very nice especially Dominique . The staff made the stay better so thanks from us all. any issues were quickly resolved by the front of house staff. There was a few nights of rowdy behaviour from other guests but it was resolved by the staff team quickly. Overall good time had and the local food was great ."
