"Where do I start. This place is one to avoid! It looked so nice on the booking form but when we got there, it was like a loud free for all at Weatherspoons.
When we arrived, we had to carry our 23kg suitcases up a flight of stairs, as there was no lift to our room, and when we got into the room, it was crawling with ants (I found the hole to the nest and blocked it with wet tissue).
The shower was tiny and old, as was the toilet, and looked dirty.
Staff on reception and in the restaurant were unwelcoming, not one person smiled at us once, in fact they didn't even look at us.
We had ask for towels and toilet roll as there was only one and a half in our room. Half a loo roll suggests the previous guest had used it before which is unhygienic so it had to be thrown away in case there was fecal residue on it. I'm a nurse so I know how things are spread and that's one sure way to spread germs!
There wasn't even a toilet roll holder, it was just plonked on the cistern.
The food was inedible, in fact the meat made me heave and I wouldn't give it to my dog. It was cheap and processed and the lamb chops smelled like rancid fat and tripe (I haven't been to prison, but I would imagine the food is much better there).
The "fried" eggs were the worst. They were actually cold to the touch. And this was every morning, not just a one off. The coffee and tea were vile and cheap, as was the fruit juice.
I paid for all-inclusive but ate out, and I'm not a fussy eater.
Not worth the money as I spent quite a lot eating out so I could have just got a nicer hotel and paid for my own food.
I was actually embarrassed for the guest I travelled with as I had picked the place and spent most of the time apologising to them for the state of it and the vile food.
Honestly, it's like a cheap run down hostel, akin to Guest House Paradiso, which is what we called it.
The only good thing about this place is that it's close to the shop and beach. Don't bother. Go somewhere else, there are nicer hotels in the area. You'll have a better holiday."
