Hotel Sur

"Staff – were all efficient, friendly and hard-working Pool – Small but big enough. There were plenty of sunbeds available and an umbrella to every two sun loungers. The pool bar was small but refreshments and snacked were available by order and reasonable priced. Rooms. The room and balcony was large and the room spotless. The room had a good sized fridge, great air-conditioning and a hairdryer. The cleaning service was faultless. Reception and Lounge. Again the staffs could not do enough. The check-in was easy and efficient. Front Bar. Large, spacious with good service and reasonable priced. Multi-screen sky sports and evening entertainment. Location. Escellent. Opposite beach. A very sort walf from the harbour."

"Another fantastoc holiday hwre ar Hotel sur. Lovely family run accomidation. All the staff here are lovely and friendly. Greets you when you go though reception to entering the bar and when younleave they say goodnight. We will deffo be back to this hotel again. If you looking for room only to habing either lunch or breakdast here i say you shpuld come here. Entertainment evwry night. The rooms are kept clean and fresh every day exept sunday. Or if you dont want cleaners in there a sighn you can place on door. Cleaners are lobely polote staff knocks on door before entering and says who they are. They clean the room to profection. Come see for yourself.. rexeprion staff feiwndly and smilws at you the recwtion area clean and tidy. This also has a gym thiugh not used so cant comme t o. Thua but looks clean and good equipment highly recomebded thia hotel"

"Friendly check in and we arrived early and appreciated the room being ready. The room and bathroom were spotless and smelt nice as you walked in! There is not kettle but no problems as we always bring a travel one. I would advise just bring some tea,coffee and sugar we always do. There was a small fridge and the shop is next door so you can get milk and all sorts of food there. The bathroom was small but clean. I loved the artwork in the room and lovely thick curtains. Air con worked fine. I was happy with the buffet. Always a choice of meat or fish. The crusty rolls were delicious they cooked them when there was soup and at breakfast. Full cooked breakfast available and cereals, yoghurt and fresh fruits. You can't bring a drink to the evening meal but they get a drink from the bar for you. I wasn't keen on the coffee but I always bring some sachets of instant so not a problem. The buffet isn't massive but in reality how much food do you really need! Note if you have children that are sensitive to very busy mealtimes Hotel Sur is perfect it isn't hectic and very quiet and calming. All the guest were lovely and friendly as it was small you got to know everyone. There was a lift and I was surprised at how modern it was. There is a children's play area and small sitting area but it was hot there. There was a large selection of books too for all. The pool area was lovely in the morning but did get hot after lunch. it was never too busy. The hotel has entertainment which was good. I recommend Smithy's towards the harbour in Cala Bona too, amazing food. The best beach is a walk from Hotel Sur turn right for around 20 minutes and there is a Burger King up there for those missing their UK takeaways. You can hire bikes and all sorts at varying locations."
