Las Costas Hotel

"My husband and I have just got back from staying at Las Costas. It was our first holiday together for such a long time and we couldn't have asked for a better hotel. From the very first moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the amazing Ulrika, who saw that I had a disability and didn't hesitate to change our room to being on ground level (I didn't ask i must add). The room was absolutely spotless and had everything you could want. Food was wonderful with such an array of choice every day. The grounds are kept to a high standard and beautiful. Each and every staff member always had a smile, was polite and nothing was ever too much trouble. I just want to say thank you to each and everyone of you for making our holiday amazing!! Just want to give a couple of shout outs to Ulrika, such a wonderful lady, Victoria in the cocktail bar, you make the most wonderful cocktails, Jeffery... always smiling and happy and Emily again wonderful customer service. You are all a credit to the hotel! We will be back next year!!"

"After arriving from Fuerteventura we couldn't believe how luxurious this hotel was. Offered a glass of water on arrival to a fully air conditioned lobby. The staff are exceptional, pleasant and lovely to talk to. Our room was just outside reception over looking the pool and beach beyond. The room itself was superb spacious and very clean. Down stairs is the restaurant,bar,cafe and pool, this was beautiful with a glass screen going around the whole hotel so you could see the beach. It was the perfect location for the town,beach and bus."

"i can recomend this hotel its worthy of its 4 stars , i went for the breakfast only deal and its typical of all the buffet breakfasts in the canarys very friendly staff and the rooms are very big and comfy my room was cleaned every day and bed linen was regulary change"
