HG Lomo Blanco Apartments

"Stayed here for a week with my partner and upon arrival it seemed ok in the reception as this was the only place that got cleaned as I soon realised, then once in the apartment it looked dingy and worn and hadn't been cleaned very well, if at all. Bed linen was grey on first inspection and the room was only visited by cleaner 3 times the whole week and bedding only changed once, but it wasn't cleaned or smelt fresh, The toilet smelt like a gents pub urinal and the shower drain had a broken cover and grime along edges. like others have said sockets where loose on walls and cockroaches roaming around, there wasn't even any bug killer under the sink. Wifi only worked in main room and not bedroom, Bathroom was filthy and had no ventilation and under the sink was filthy. From what I have seen the hotel needs a complete overhaul and and a new strategy in place with cleaning staff and management. I didn't bother complaining to reception for their sake as I would of wiped the floor with them ( Pun intended). The area around the pool was tired and unkept and showed lack of care and maintaining. Overall this was a very poor hotel with poor management and I have worked in corporate travel and tourism for over 30 years and I will not listen to any excuses from a reply from the hotel."

"Just returned with my family from a weeks self catering holiday at these apartments it’s our 3 visit and this has been just as enjoyable as the other 2 all the staff have been very helpful and friendly pool and pool bar very good we had a 2 bedroom apartment clean spacious shower room plenty of hot water good location we are already looking to book for 2026"

"The place is brilliant, the staff are always so welcoming and helpful, the location is fantastic right between the old town and the strip , very short walk to both , my apartment was clean and tidy it had everything I needed for my stay , the cleaning staff were brilliant and always plenty if everything, I stay here at least 2 times a year and more if I can ,please be nice to staff as they are to help you and always do there best for you .thank you to everyone at the HG LOMO BLANCO for always making me feel welcome, see you all soon again soon"
