"I honestly don’t even know where to begin with this place.
From the moment we arrived, the service was terrible. Staff at both the food service areas and the bars were consistently rude and dismissive, which immediately set the tone for the stay.
The apartment itself was in an unacceptable condition. There were leaks inside the room, and we had to use both the hotel towels and our own personal towels to deal with the water. We requested fresh replacements for two days straight and the cleaner still refused to swap them. On top of that, the shower was completely blocked when we arrived. I had to unblock it myself, and what came up (including what looked like old egg) produced a foul stench.
Cleaning standards were shockingly poor. There were dirty marks on the tables from day one that were never cleaned, shards of glass left on the bedroom floor, flies everywhere (both dead and alive), and dirty marks all over the walls. There was also black mould around the windows, which is completely unacceptable and clearly shows a lack of proper maintenance.
To make matters worse, there were pointed screws protruding from the headboard — a genuine hazard when reaching over to the bedside table and even while sleeping.
The air conditioning unit constantly leaked water and shards of ice and made an extremely loud noise, even when turned off.
The food was the same every single day — bland, repetitive, and with very little choice. I was even served a raw burger. Despite the chef insisting it was fully cooked, it clearly wasn’t, and I ended up bed-bound for an entire day as a result.
The bar was no better. Drinks were made so strong that if you ordered spirits, you might as well have been drinking nail polish remover — and that was with a mixer.
There was also a constant smell of sewage around the complex, which made walking around unpleasant.
Finally, the water park was a huge letdown. The water was freezing cold, and the slides were underwhelming and not impressive in the slightest.
Overall, this was an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. Poor hygiene, safety hazards, rude staff, and terrible food made this one of the worst stays I’ve experienced. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking."
