"Nice complex bungalows need a good refurbishment had to run the hot water tap for a good ten minutes just to get hot water if you have walking difficulties the hill up to the bungalows are steep that is every one no easy way the staff are all nice the entertainment team are good would not think I would go back as the hill up to the bungalows are to steep as am a wheelchair user"

"Our 2nd time to Relaxia Lanzasur and we were not disappointed. Our room was one of the older style bungalows nice and quiet and near the mini golf area, not overlooked but was sufficient for our needs, we only shower and sleep there basically, though a lick of paint inside and out to freshen it up wouldn't go amiss. In the kitchen area there is crockery and cutlery, a kettle and microwave should you wish to cater for yourself even on all inclusive. The hairdryer in the bathroom wasn't great but we managed. We always had hot water in the kitchen area and the bathroom at all times. It looks like the walk in shower is fairly new too. Our towels were changed every day also. All staff are super friendly, the cleaning staff were always smiling and happy to greet you with "Good Morning", the bar staff - Juan the man and the 2 men that also served in the evening bar, one from Morocco and the other Spanish I think (sorry I didn't get their names), these guys were always smiling and very pleasant, they also make great cocktails. The restaurant staff work very hard at all meal times, making sure the tables are cleared and re-set constantly and always smiling. There is plenty of choice of food each day, I would say there is something for everyone. The hotel itself is in a quiet area convenient for the beach with shops nearby. I also need to mention the regular lifeguard around the pool areas, what a man!!! Every day he was there he greeted all guests and was happy to help with umbrella's, sun beds and was also seen cleaning around the pool area, a lovely man. The pool areas were great, plenty of sunbeds, lots of bins around for your rubbish, clean swimming pools and a great pool bar with everything you would need. Finally the ANIMATION TEAM, these guys and girls are probably the best I have ever seen. The Fire Show and Greatest Show are a must to see, these shows are produced and carried out by the team themselves and are amazing. A big shout out to Simone, Kate, Bryan, Emmy, Alexandra, Mary-Jane, Maria and the temporary cover guy (sorry didn't get your name) you all do a fantastic job day in, day out to entertain and involve all guests, should they want to, in the activities you put on."
