"We enjoyed a lovely girly Birthday catch up with a day pass on the roof. Although the views and place where lovely. I would have thought we would have had a personal service rather than having to go to the bar ourselves for drinks. The food was bland and my friend ordered what we thought was fish (worded on the menu beautiful with lots a ingredients) only to arrive as fish and chips. Which was also on the menu. We were told it wasn't fish n chips by one member of staff then 100% fish and chips with another. We sent back and had to wait over an hour for her other dish to arrive. No apologies or discount like it was our fault. Shame as we had a lovely day but the food below average and the lack of staff in the afternoon needs addressing."

"Beautiful hotel, great food and drinks- really good btw, the breakfast was wow! 2 pools (one roof top). Rooms were really clean, modern and the balcony got the sunset, a 5 mins walk from Mambo. Staff helpful, really good vibe. The room had a bath and separate shower. Fridge, hair dryer, air con, fridge, etc. there was a spa but we didn't get chance to visit. You can book direct to day beds free other wise it's a fee but we didn't need/use them. Everything was spotless and secure too."

"I read all the reviews before I went which obviously gave me Some concerns. So let’s address those.. Poor breakfast always the same? There was A Trolley each day with a special, but to be frank there is so much choice u. Annoy see how anyone could have an issue, every common cereal, fruit, English breakfast, and also a more continental variant with streaky bacon and Mushrooms Cooked in garlic, every pastry you could imagine, 4 different types of milk, good coffee, omelette station pancake machine.. Miserable staff? Everyone was Friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. From reception to restaurant to roof Bar and Pool Boys no issues. People saying not four star and nothing provided in room? I’m not sure what they expect. The bathroom had shampoo conditioner and shower gel. Daily clean and towels. Pool towels which you can change daily, hairdryer, safe fridge, water. Again complaints are a joke. My only comment is that the gym that appears to be in the hotel is actually a private gym Next door “Fraille gym” they have an arrangement and It’s free and A good gym. I’d go back without reservation"
