"We stayed at this hotel for a week from September 2 to 9. From minute 1 you feel good; you enter the reception and the adventure already begins. The experience has been phenomenal, both the treatment received by all the staff, the facilities, the impressive views, the dining—in short, everything was a 10. I must say that although expectations were very high, I did have some fear because of bad comments I had read. In our case, everything was wonderful. Without a doubt, if we were to return to Mogán (hopefully), we would return to Mogán Princess."

"I went for a week with the whole family and it is true that the experience was good but there are many things to improve. On the good side, I have to say that my partner is celiac and we were a little worried about the variety of food she would be able to eat. Regarding that, I have to give them an 8.5 because excluding breakfast, where there wasn't much variety of sweets, in the other meals she had many options to choose from. Most of the employees were quite friendly and the hygiene in the room was also fine, except for the first day we arrived and one day in between when it smelled like a sewer. The common facilities were quite good, whether at the pool or in the different places where you could sit to have a drink and contemplate the views. As for the pools, I have to say that everything was very good, there were lounge chairs for everyone without the need to save them. The pool bar had options to cool off but many of the common cocktails you had to pay for, like the mojito and the Arehucas rum, something that seemed bad to me. Regarding the meals at the pool, a lot of variety and kindness from the employees. As for the bad, I have to say that we got a rather outdated room. The bathroom was horrible. A useless bathtub and a very small shower with a broken screen, and the faucet couldn't even be pulled out. Also, regarding access to some blocks, they were a bit inconvenient. The nightly performances and entertainment were terrible; they didn't do anything entertaining any night. As for the elevators, they need a repair and were always occupied by the people who worked there, so you could spend 5 min waiting for the elevator for 4 floors. As an anecdote, one day someone pooped in the pool, they acted immediately and in 4 hours we were all back in the water, as well as the closet mirror, which fell and when I came up from dinner it was fixed. In summary, a good experience, could be better, but very enjoyable."

"Staff all very friendly from housekeeping to front office. My room was cleaned daily and fresh towels every day. I enjoyed the choice of food. Hotel is out of the way but fitted my choice for a chilled, peaceful break."
