"Had another great holiday here. Out in the sticks away from the crowds, which really suited us. Food great as always. Staff Friendly and helpful. Not a lot for the Kids to do but we weren't traveling with kids so again perfect for us. Taxis easy to get hold of and reasonably priced. Not for everyone but if you want a relaxing and quiet holiday, then look no further."

"The apartments are nice clean and have a full size fridge but don’t come with a kettle but you can hire one from reception The food was nice and plenty of choices and a lovely salad bar area but sometimes things were not that hot It’s a peaceful place although while we were there a youth football tournament was going on all the week and it felt like they had taken over. Noise from that every day from 9am till 9pm Not a lot of entertainment the odd evening And with the only shop being a spar literally on site No shops locally to go for a mooch after dinner you had to get a cab or catch a bus from holiday world which is about a 5-10 minute walk away to be able to do that The staff were very nice and seemed to do everything going from clearing the restaurant to then running to serve at the bar This is value for money and generally a nice place to stay if you don’t mind going out and about"

"Just returned from a week long stay. Whilst the hotel is nice and lots of positives there were a few issues. Nice location, however there isn't much on your "doorstep" little bit of a walk and you'll find a few bars/restaurants. Whilst we were there the on site shop wasn't available, meaning the nearest supermarket was about a 20 minute walk away, whilst that seems a short time in the heat and walking back uphill is not ideal. The poolside toilet was being refurbished whilst we were there, meaning we had to go back to our rooms to go to the toilet, again not ideal but hopefully will be sorted soon. Bedding wasn't actually changed regularly whilst we were there, and the bed only made whilst the towels were changed etc. Food was fine, always plenty of choice... depends what you like I guess. Entertainment wise there was a few nights, however Sunday and Monday there is nothing, and not much in the day. There is only one bar around the pool and sometimes you did have to wait quite a while as staff were off doing things in the restaurant. Hotel is near a school so a few mornings lots of noise where our apartment was, however schools are about to break up for the summer so shouldn't be an issue. Taxis very quick to arrive, only about 8€ to play del ingres, 20€ to Palmitos park, however there is a bus service opposite Holiday World which takes you directly there. Free bus service to the beach, but we didn't use this - located just outside of the spar shop. 2 nice large pools, never struggled for a sunbed! There are a few arcade games on site. Mini golf available too. All in all was a lovely break, it's only classed as a 2 star hotel locally so don't expect it to be any more than that."
