"Hotel was lovely very clean and tidy rooms, food was good staff were so lovely and hardworking however whilst sunbathing my mum was sat on a Sun lounger reading her book when a part of the stage set fell on top of her it smashed into her back and the back of her neck she was dazed very upset and bruised the lifeguard as well as the entertainment team were fantastic helped straight away however reception came over and asked for our room number so they could send someone to check on my mum the next day that did not happen manager was not bothered about the incident whatsoever as a family we don't expect anything but you would expect someone in management to make sure she was okay not a slip under the door to ask if we/ she needed anything or just to check in even whilst checking out nobody said anything so very disappointed."

"I rarely leave reviews, but this holiday was so disappointing I feel compelled to warn others. We booked a 7-day stay expecting access to multiple restaurants and amenities, as advertised. However, we were denied meal access because our room wasn’t classed as a “family room” — despite having two adults and two children overlooking a kids pool. There was no option to select a pool view or family room during booking, and management offered no resolution when we raised it. The air conditioning situation was appalling. You had to pay extra for a portable unit, which vented through the patio door — meaning every room had to be left open all day and night. This was not only uncomfortable in the heat but a serious security risk, especially for ground floor rooms. Safety was a recurring issue. A drunk man was found trying to enter rooms. The lifeguard repeatedly targeted our children for harmless play while ignoring adults doing the same. Entertainment seating was dangerously overcrowded, with guests sitting on stacked sunbeds near the pool. There was only one toilet serving the entire pool area. The hotel was severely understaffed and overcrowded. Sunbeds were impossible to get unless you joined the 8:15am “race” as the barriers lifted. The pool was too small for the number of guests, and dinner tables were often left dirty and uncleared. Food and drink were another letdown. Only one bar served the entire hotel, with long queues every night. Drinks were unavailable between 11pm and 11am unless you sat inside for breakfast — not even water for children in the morning heat. Machines frequently broke down, alcoholic slushies were never frozen, and a hair was found in the pasta. Dessert options were minimal, and you only got one set of cutlery at dinner — good luck getting another. WiFi dropped every few minutes. The entertainment area with a bar was padlocked shut. The sports bar wasn’t included in the all-inclusive package. We were denied access to two other restaurants because of our room type, even though the rooms were identical. Our room was infested with ants and overlooked a Lidl car park above a Spar shop. A family member’s room had no beds for the children, who had to sleep on a sofa. The only positives? The doughnuts at breakfast were nice, and the karaoke was entertaining. This was the most disappointing holiday I’ve ever had. The hotel does not meet the standards it claims, and I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere."
