"The hotel is a cheek. We had booked a junior suite. There, two windows were broken, one window nailed shut from the outside. The balcony door leaked, it rained in. The room and bathroom unheated at outside temperatures of 5-10 degrees. The radiator provided was not mastered in view of the permanent passage of the matter. Breakfast good, the breakfast room but unheated. Guests sat in thermal jackets at breakfast! Also the lobby unheated, you could only sit there with a warm jacket and blanket. For the common room of about 80sqm there was a radiator of about 30cm size. The restaurant announced on the website does not exist. The nearest restaurant is located about 1 hour walk in Ponta do Sol (by car about 15-20 minutes, but you can hardly park in Ponta do Sol). So taxi: Per tour 25€.
