Lutecia Smart Design Hotel

"Horrible money-hungry hotel. This is supposed to be a 4☆ hotel. In the room there is no coffee or tea included in the room price, all you get is a water bottle for the FIRST NIGHT ONLY. I asked for a bottle of water, as the one in the room was empty, and I was told I have to pay for it. If you want to drink a cup of coffee, the next day you will find a receipt on the table asking you to pay for it, although pricing was nowhere to be seen — only via a QR code on the fridge. I booked 4 nights here and have never seen something like this in any other hotel — they want to charge you for everything. Next time I think they will charge you for toilet paper as well. I regret every € spent on this horrible experience and will never consider Lutecia Hotel again."

"Location not too far from a metro. - 5 min walk to get easy access into the city centre. Also ubers are really cheap compared to UK. Rooms are OK but not sure why it is a smart hotel. Not sure what the smart features are. Certainly not the TVs which don't even allow visual screen share. Not a 4 star in my opinion and this was definitely conformed by the rude velvet bar waitress. Really disappointed to have come across someone like her right at the end of an otherwise pleasant stay."

"This was one of the best experiences ever. I just returned home. I booked two days before the date a package deal: flight and hotel, so I didn't do much research and followed my gut feeling. The metro, train and busses to all the hotspots re close by. The hotel was super squicky clean, stylish but not posh and over the top. The room was amazing, the bed was divine. I switched rooms on the more quite site of the road and that was not a problem at al. The staff was the biggest plus: they were a delight: friendly, patient and superkind helping out with tips and planning of trips. Definitely a 10/10! When I visit Lisbon again, I will book this hotel again."
