"The lounge area is beautiful, with plenty of comfortable seating to relax in, and the gym is great for a quick workout. Unfortunately, the majority of the front desk staff were unapproachable and unhelpful, which made the experience rather unpleasant. One exception was a front desk staff member who was very professional, friendly, and welcoming. I believe his name was Cody, and he deserves recognition for his excellent customer service. The bed was also quite uncomfortable, and at times I felt as though I was falling off it. The restaurant was particularly disappointing. We waited over two hours for our food, which was only average when it eventually arrived. The staff also left us waiting for long periods, despite there only being a handful of guests in the restaurant, so it certainly didn't appear to be an issue caused by it being busy. Overall, there is a massive amount of room for improvement, particularly when it comes to customer service and the restaurant experience. On a positive note, the shuttle service was always on time and reliable, which was great to see."

"My initial experience with this Hotel was not good, extremly rude shuttle driver did not mention that there are TWO OZO Airport Hotels and decided to drop us off at the WRONG hotel. Get's worse the receptionist at the wrong hotel, was far from sympathetic and told us to wait for the bus which would take 40mins or catch a Taxi at our own expense. We got a Taxi and when greeted be the Ozo President reception we were laughed at by the Duty Manager when we complained , and I quote, "Oh this happens every day" REALLY, then fix it. The room was ordinary, however the one thing that has saved this Hotel from the abyss is their exceptional Restaurant with 5 star food and service. I had the Soup of the century along with the best Caesar salad I have ever tasted, served with top wait staff Zlata and Jochem. I would highly recommend the restaurant and possibly the Hotel if you can avoid the shuttle and the below average reception staff"
